A 16-year-old schoolboy from Biysk in the Altai Territory Maxim Nevaov was fined 50 thousand rubles for the “propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations,” Mediazon said . The reason was three photos published on his page on VKontakte.

Neverov placed an image of the actions of young people and their appearance (half -naked parts of the body), which, according to the expert’s conclusion, have signs of propaganda of same -sex relationships.

According to the eleventh grader, he was fined for three pictures of "year -old prescription." Neverov explained that he was not allowed to take advantage of the assistance of a lawyer, and connected the case with his performance “ Gay or Putin ”, as well as the attention of the media and deputies that arose on this basis.

Neverov is listed as a deputy of the Youth Parliament of Biysk of the 11th convocation. The case file states that the public resonance is allegedly caused by the intention of the “member of the headquarters of Navalny” to conduct a “parade in defense of the LGBT community”. The teenager emphasized that a politician does not work at the headquarters, but “from time to time” takes the duties of a volunteer.
