As requested by the FAS.
MTS, MegaFon and Beeline announced the abolition of fees for incoming calls in intranet roaming. This decision occurred against the backdrop of an FAS investigation into the Big Four.
Beeline promised to make free calls from August 20, MegaFon announced changes for the end of September, and MTS refused to name the exact date.
The FAS initiated cases against the Big Four operators due to violations of competition in a country with existing national roaming. The department noted that the markup in tariffs is technologically and economically unjustified.
