Petersburg: The Indaco received 6 years arrested after the terrorist attack in the metro station

The collegium of the Moscow District Military Court, chaired by Roman Kivosenko, at the exit session at the premises of the Leningrad District Military Court, sentenced the native of Uzbekistan Feruz Nakova, arrested after the attack in the St. Petersburg metro in April 2017, to six years of general regime. This was reported by the press service of St. Petersburg courts.

The 30-year-old instaks was announced guilty under part 1 of Article 205.1 of the Criminal Code (recruitment of terrorists). According to the plot of the case, he recruited Muslims, mainly visitors from Central Asia, to the Islamic State for attacks.

The defendant himself did not plead guilty.

Nakov was arrested on April 6, 2017 , three days after the attack in the subway. At the same time, the natives of the Kyrgyzstan of the Azizbek and Atabek Rustamovs, Oybek Islambek Uulu and Bahadira Madrakhimov, as well as visitors from Uzbekistan, Jurabek Muratov and Shukhrat Satamybaev (Russian citizen), were sent to a pre -trial detention center. The next day, the Russian, a native of Uzbekistan Iskander Nurbaev, was arrested, and on April 15 - visitors from Kyrgyzstan, the offense of Abdyraimov and Aijigit Aitmatov (also a Russian citizen).

At the same time, the TFR still stated that he did not have data on the involvement of those arrested in the metro terrorist attack. Akbardzhon Dzalilov’s crime was not mentioned in the case. There is no surname in the case of Abdyraimov, who in December last year received in a special manner five years of the general regime under the same part 1 of Article 205.1 of the Criminal Code as the Indians.

At the same time, on Monday, Fontanka.ru reported that in relation to four arrested TFRs, the accusation under Article 205.1 and their cases were re -qualified as Article 205.6 of the Criminal Code (failure to conjunction), which provides only up to the year of the colony. It was reported that article 205.6 was imputed by Satambaev, Nurbaev, Aitmatov and Madrakhimov. Their affairs, the publication wrote with reference to the press service of the St. Petersburg courts, entered the Leninsky District Court of St. Petersburg, and all four filed petitions to hold hearings in a special order.

The case of Satambaeva was entrusted to judge Irina Ezhvertina, Nurbaeva - Tatyana Zhdanova, Aitmatova - Evgeny Nikitin, Madrakhimova - Marina Tropanova. The proceedings in the Satambaev case are scheduled for August 10, preliminary hearings in the Nurbaev case are scheduled for the 20th. At the same time, the previous charge is indicated in the card of the Nurbaev case - under article 205.1. This is a clear mistake: the case under such an article should have been considered by the MOVS, not the district court.

Whether the mentioned persons in the pre -trial detention center remain is unknown. The Code of Criminal Procedure, stipulating a number of exceptions, does not provide arrests on charges providing for a deadline of less than three years. In addition, the maximum term under article 205.6, if the accused is still contained in jail, they left for four months ago.

On April 3, 2017, a 22-year-old native of Kyrgyzstan, a Russian citizen Dzhalilov blew himself up at the Sennaya Square station. In addition to the suicide bomber, 15 people died; Over 50 were injured.

In April - May 2017, on suspicion of involvement in the attack in St. Petersburg and Moscow, 11 visitors from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan were sent to the pre -trial attack; Some also had Russian citizenship, which they were deprived of after arrest. In the case are the brothers 28-year-old Abror and 29-year-old Azimov, 47-year-old Shokhista Karimova, 23-year-old Azamjon Makhmudov, 23-year-old Mahamadyusuf Mirzaalimov, 21-year-old Dilmurodov, 29-year-old Sodik Ortikov, 40-year-old Saifilla Khakimov, 39-year-old Bahram Ergashev, 39-year-old Bahram Ergashev, Brothers 24-year-old Ibrahimjon and 27-year-old Muhamadjusup Ermatova.

All defendants are charged with paragraph "B" of part 3 of article 205 (a terrorist attack that entailed the intentional infliction of human death) and Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of explosives). Some of Article 30 - Part 2 of Article 205 (attempt on the attack) and part 3 of Article 223.1 (illegal production of explosives as part of an organized group) were also imputed. In addition, a month ago it became known that all 11 defendants were charged under Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code (participation in the terrorist community)-they were declared members of the Syrian rebel group "Katiba Tauhid Val-Dzhikhad".

On August 2, the TFR announced the completion of the investigation in the case . If the prosecutor's office approves the indictment, then the materials will go to court.

None of the arrested guilty pleads. Indeed, at least part of the accused of terrorism causes serious doubts. It is known, in particular, that the Azimov brothers were tortured in the secret prison of the FSB, located in Moscow or its immediate vicinity. Akram Azimov was captured by the Kyrgyzstan national security committee in Osh and was taken to Moscow, where the FSB reacked his detention.
