The Supreme Court of Tatarstan approved a fine of 10 thousand rubles to the activist of the Libertarian Party Svetlana Krylova. This is reported by "Idel. Realities".
On July 12, the Vakhitovsky District Court found Krylova guilty of violating the rules for holding an event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of her participation in the “opposition walk”. The action was held in Kazan on May 5 after the end of the rally "He is not our king." According to the protocol, one of the reasons for Krylova's accusation was a collective photograph at the Syuyumbike tower.
At the trial, the activist noted that the police officers allowed the participants of the "opposition walk" to go holding paper airplanes and the Constitution, and also accompanied them throughout the journey, without demanding to disperse.
