Vladimir Dudk and Alexei Bessarabov are accused of illegal storage of explosives and preparation for the commission of sabotage in the peninsula. According to investigators, together with Dmitry Byslbkov, previously convicted, they were part of the sabotage group of Ukrainian military intelligence, which was supposed to undermine the television broadcasting tower, a power station and a fuel and lubricants warehouse. Stnyblikov pleaded guilty and concluded a pre -trial agreement with the investigation, he is the only one to whom an independent lawyer was not admitted. His case was allocated into separate production, the rest who did not plead guilty began to be judged on August 2.
“The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation on November 9, 2016 in the city of Sevastopol detained members of the diversion-terrorist group of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, planning the commission of sabotage shares at military infrastructure facilities and the life support of the Crimea peninsula,” the FSB Center for Public Relations said.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the same day refuted the belonging of Stnyblikov, Bessarabov and Duddy to the GUR of Ukraine.
Sttyblikov worked as a military analyst at the Center for the Study of Geopolitical Problems and the Euro -Atlantic organization Nomos, which ceased to exist in 2014. After that, he went through all the inspections and settled down the storekeeper at the warehouse of fuel and lubricants of the military unit. Immediately after the detention of the FSB, she distributed a video of the operation and a search at his house: among the detailed things, the souvenir business card of the head of the “Right Sector” prohibited in Russia Dmitry Yarosh and airsoft weapon, which was originally issued by security forces for the present. In addition to Sttyblikov, his wife Elena and brother were detained, but after interrogation they were released.

Independent lawyers of the International Association "Agora" were not allowed to Sttyblikov. The local lawyer Arman Petrosyan, invited by the FSB investigator, did not contact relatives. Styblikov for a long time contained Bakhchisaray in the IVS, hiding from his relatives, but after the conclusion of the agreement, they transported to Simferopol with the investigation.
Alexey Bessarabov also worked at Nomosa, after the closure he tried to organize a business, including in St. Petersburg. In addition, he, like Stubybikov, was the deputy head of the Black Sea Security magazine and published journalistic articles in Odessa and Sevastopol media. In the video, which was distributed by the FSB, Bessarabov talks about which units of the Ukrainian army he served.
Until 2001, Vladimir Dudka was the captain of the Jupiter radar reconnaissance ship, after retirement in 2009 he worked as a sapper in the structure of the Ministry of Emergencies - it cleared ammunition from the Second World War. All three were friends with families.
According to investigators, the detainees entered the sabotage group and no later than November 10, 2016 planned a series of explosions, for which they "brought various explosives and home -made explosive devices." Between themselves and unknown persons, the detainees exchanged messages with the help of a certain caches behind the city. In the same place, according to the investigation, explosives were stored. One of the evidence of guilt, according to the investigation, is the Samsung phone, allegedly discovered during a search of a pipe, where the correspondence between the members of the group has been preserved.
Sttyblikov was judged closed in the Sevastopol City Court. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 5 years in prison on November 16, 2017. Relatives claim that he went to self -negotiation and has nothing to do with modern Ukrainian intelligence. Now he is in the Omsk colony of maximum security.
Messages about torture came from native puffs. His son Ilya claims that his father was tortured by electric shock, knocking out confessions in the Bakhchisarai IVS.
These testimonies were subsequently recorded on the FSB video. Regarding the torture, the Dudka wrote a statement to the Investigative Committee, but the audit did not give a result.
The first meeting on the merits of the case of Dudka and Bessarabov was held closed, neither journalists nor relatives were allowed into the courtroom. According to lawyer Sergei Legostov, out of the seven witnesses declared on this day, only two were interrogated.
“The relative of the accused was the first to confirm the version of the investigation that the phone allegedly found during the search belonged to Vladimir Dudke,” the lawyer said. - The second engineer was the second engineer, which, according to investigators, planned to blow up the accused. He was asked only about hypothetical consequences in the case of sabotage. ”
After that, the court went on vacation, the process will continue only in the second half of September.
For the so -called sabotage affairs in Crimea since 2014, at least ten people have been detained. Panov was sentenced to 8 years in prison, Zakhti, who pleaded guilty and concluded a pre -trial agreement - six and a half. In addition to them, the Crimean Tatar Redvan Suleimanov, who was accused of complication of a false report on the preparatory terrorist attack, was already convicted and had already served them. Another saboteur detained in November 2016, the captain of the 2nd rank of the reserve of the Black Sea Fleet Leonid Parkhomenko, is accused of Gosizmen, is currently contained in the Moscow Lefortovo isolator and, according to the PMC member Evgeny Enikeev, holds a hunger strike.
