Artistic director of the Praktika theater Dmitry Brusnikin has died

Died director, actor and artistic director of the Moscow theater "Practice" Dmitry Brusnikin. This was reported to Novaya Gazeta by the press service of the theatre.

Brusnikin died at the age of 60.

He was born in 1957 in Potsdam. In 1982, Brusnikin graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School, was accepted into the Moscow Art Theater troupe and began teaching at the Studio School, first as an assistant, and then as a teacher.

Since 1993, the director taught at the Moscow Art Theater School as a master of the course. In 1999, 2003 and 2007, he took a course together with actor and director Roman Kozak.

Brusnikin headed the Praktika Theater in May 2018, he became the director. about his transfer to the post of artistic director of the theater On August 8 , it became known . The director of the "Practice" was a cultural figure, theater manager Boris Mezdrich.
