“None of the presidential administration visited Oleg, none of the country's leadership was interested in them,” says lawyer Dmitry Dinze. - Employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service come to him, doctors - and that’s all. There is complete silence around Oleg. "

According to Dinze, Sentsov refused to transfer to a hospital in Crimea. Recall: on July 25, the European Court of Human Rights ruled that Sentsov should be transferred to a civil hospital, which should be closer to the place of residence of his family.

The lawyer of the Agora human rights organization Natasha Dobreva asked the Commissioner of Russia at the ECHR Mikhail Halperin to promote the transfer of Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsov to the Civil hospital of St. Luke in Simferopol. However, then they refused this plan.

According to Dmitry Dinze, Oleg is afraid not to survive the stage in Simferopol. In addition, he fears how he is met in this hospital.

“In the Civil Hospital, Labytnangi did not react to Oleg,” says Dinze. - Doctors threatened to bed to the bed, start forcibly feed and everything is like that. I already wrote three refusing to hospitalize in this hospital. Now Oleg remains in the medical unit of the colony. There he has an excellent relationship with doctors, with his opinion they are considered there, they will not do anything by force with him. ”

Oleg Sentsov’s condition worsened significantly.

“In Labytnangi there is heat, the temperature reaches 40 degrees. Because of this, Oleg is bad with his heart, the pulse reaches only 40 beats per minute, ”says Dmitry Dinze, who had a Sensov on August 7. - Two weeks ago, the crisis began, the third in the hunger strike, which continues to this day. Oleg twice tried to persuade to leave for a civil hospital, he refused.

He has anemia, hemoglobin has greatly decreased, the upper and lower limbs are flowing, so that it mainly lies. In the medical unit, the colony Oleg continues to drink a small amount of medical mixture - sufficient to remain conscious and not allow to take oneself into intensive care. Doctors are afraid that after a protracted third crisis, the fourth will come, during which the kidneys and liver will begin to refuse. ”

The other day, the Consulate of Ukraine asked the Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova to send to Sentsov the Ombudsman in the Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug to photograph the prisoner so that the Ukrainian authorities could make sure that he looks normal.

“If I could photograph it, they would have been convinced that he looks like Koschey immortal,” says Dinze. - Pale, fallen eyes, stooping constantly - the shoulders cannot straighten up. A fallen chest, a hollow belly ... He came to me on his feet, but if he had come cheerfully earlier, now there is no longer to talk about vigor. A psychologist and psychiatrist regularly come to him, communicate. They do not see inappropriate behavior or insane state and confirm that Oleg gives the report in what he does and can lead his actions. ”

In recent weeks, Oleg did not receive any information from the outside world: the only censor IK-8 went on vacation, and the whole colony was left without letters.

“Well, yes, censors also need to be rested,” says Dinze. “I brought him letters in which many people ask him to stop a hunger strike.” Oleg said that he would not read them and asks him not to bring them. I also told him that there are other means of struggle. But he said that he made a decision and would insist on it. ”

Next time, Dinze will be able to visit Sentsov in two weeks, at the very beginning of September. “Oleg promised that he would try to hold out before,” says Dinze. “But I think he did not have long left.”

There were no applications and requests for an invitation and meeting with a representative of this religious organization. ”

Nevertheless, on August 4, another clergyman, Father Bogdan Vasilyuk, visited IK-8 without any statements from Sentsov, went into the medical part of the colony, asked his condition and invited him to confess. Sentsov refused.
