In the Khimkinsky City Court, a criminal case began, initiated in the spring of 2014. The consideration of the case was entrusted to the young judge Pavel Cherednichenko, appointed by federal judge recently - March 2, 2018. We “constructed” how employees of the anti -corruption department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor's office of the Moscow Region, and the investigation “exposed” the organized criminal group at the key enterprise of the space industry - NPO nPO nPO Lavochkin, we already told.

From the indictment read out during the court hearings, it follows that the First Deputy General Director of the NGO named after Lavochkina Valery Romanov, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development and Property Management, Petr Greshilov and Deputy General Director of HR, Sergey Solodovnikov, "entered into a criminal conspiracy and created a criminal community."

To realize their intentions, the attackers were registered on November 16, 2011, the MAI LASTAR LLC was registered, to whom NPO named after In 2012-2014, Lavochkina ordered 28 research work totaling 185 million 448 thousand rubles. But, according to investigators, scientific works were not carried out, all the contracts are fakes drawn up to cover the theft of budget money. And this despite the fact that almost all “criminal” contracts are contracts for the implementation of research ordered by foreign aerospace companies of France (Starsem, Arianespace), Italy (Thales Alenia Space), Germany (Kayser-Threde), Canada (Gom Dev LTD), China (Chinese industrial corporation "The Great Wall"), Finland (Finnish Meteorological Institute). All the obligations stipulated by the contracts were fulfilled, the customers did not have any complaints against the performers.

The investigation did not pay attention to the fact that LLC MAI LASTAR LLC is not a private shop and not a one-day company, but a joint venture created on an equal footing NGO. Lavochkina and the Moscow Aviation Institute. Moreover, in the MAI report on the development of the institute for 2013 in the section on the MAI LASTAR NICs created and working at the university of small innovative enterprises, it is called “one of the most effective MIPs”, which has “orders of more than 100 million rubles. And he is a member of the Skolkovo space cluster.

According to the investigation announced at the hearing, the criminal group created for the theft of “including budget funds” had several “structural units”, one of which was supposedly headed by the CEO of MAI LASTAR, doctor of technical sciences, professor Vladimir Anisimov. Of the 28 contracts concluded between the MAI LASTAR and NGO named after Lavochkina, Anisimov signed only seven, and on the 21st agreement there is a signature of Sergei Kudryavtsev, who led the innovation enterprise to Anisimov. But Kudryavtsev is not among the defendants in a criminal case. The investigation believes that he "was not aware of the criminal plans of the criminal group."

Interesting detail. In May 2013, in the midst of criminal actions, the President of Russia signed a decree on the awarding of a doctor of technical sciences, professor Vladimir Yuryevich Anisimov by the Russian State Prize. And this prize, whatever one may say, also looks like one of the elements of "creating the visibility of scientific research."

If seriously, then all these and many other obvious logical inconsistencies and the prosecutor’s office stubbornly do not notice. Perhaps because they became hostages of a criminal case, excited, I recall, back in the spring of 2014, and are now forced to “work out a number” for others. Because if we admit that the criminal case was originally fabricated, someone will have to answer for the fact that the same Vladimir Anisimov spent more than three years in jail, that the deputy head of the development bureau of NGO named after Lavochkina Vitaliy Vernigora has been in jail for the fifth year that the First Deputy General Director of NGOs named after Lavochkina Valery Romanov, having spent several months in a pre -trial detention center, soon after changing the preventive measure for house arrest.
