T. - a civilian activist engaged in local problems, he said, is well known in the district council. On May 27, he went down from his apartment on Trofimov Street to the courtyard to participate in a meeting of residents dedicated to renovation: T. House is subject to demolition. The police officers arrived at the audience, who said that they had received a certain oral statement for T., demanded that he present documents.

The activist replied that he had no documents with him, and began to shoot what was happening on the video. T. was put in force in the car and took away the South -Porto Department of Internal Affairs. There, T. also tried to shoot, and the police - by force to take away his phone.

In his post on Facebook, T. gives the story of a witness who was in the same police department. The witness wrote a statement about the theft of property and saw what they did with the detainee:

The police tried to take his phone from him. The guy hid him in the back pocket of his trousers and sat on the floor. Then the two policemen became very strongly, obviously with the intention of causing pain, wringing his hands behind his back. The guy yelled, which was very painful, asked for help! The third policeman began to make a suffocating reception, sitting on his head almost on his head, pressing his head to the floor, almost with his nose on the floor. The guy yelled in pain. They crowded around and shouted at him five or six policemen. They let his mother. She was also detained.

As a result, the ATS called an ambulance, T. was released. After the publication of the news at the OVD-Info Office of the Moscow Police of the Moscow Police in the Southeast District, the start of the audit began. During the audit, the police gave explanations that they acted within the framework of the law, all the witnesses of what was happening, as stated in the materials of the audit (is at the disposal of the ATS-INFO), could not be interviewed. The USB came to the conclusion that the police did not exceed their authority.

Then the leadership of the South Port Office filed a lawsuit against T.

“The content of the above information is directly related to the activities of the officials of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the South Port District of Moscow, that is, to the business reputation of this law enforcement authority and causes significant harm to its authority, as a state authority, undermines the confidence of citizens to police officers,” the statement of claim said. South -Porto Department of Internal Affairs requires T. Delete a Facebook entry and publish a refutation “The same font” as on Facebook, at its own expense in the Rossiy newspaper. The interlocutor of the ATS-Info in the Rossiyskaya Gazeta said that in their publication there is no practice of publishing refutations from social networks, but, theoretically, this can be tried to do this through the advertising department.

While one court hearing took place, on July 4. At it, the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs refused to comment on the OTD-Info. At the meeting, T.

“We are standing aside with a man, discussing how paths can be drawn in the yard. Although there were some drunk citizens there, they were not at all interested in police officers. The police came up, said: you received an oral application, present the documents. I ask that I am violating now? He said that I have no documents with me, I live in this house. The police said that I was obliged to present documents ... Quote: “But now, on the basis that you are not presenting documents, physical strength will be applied to you.” The video shows how residents are surprised at what is happening. I ran because I was afraid that unknown people did not understand why they want to detain me. If the police acted professionally, they could offer me to go up to the apartment for documents, ”he described his detention.

Three defense witnesses performed at the meeting. Mother T. said that, having learned about the detention of her son, she went to the police department, she was also detained. She was able to leave the site with her son because she unnoticed for the police exchanged a telephone with her son, and T. gave the police her phone instead of her (where his detention was recorded).

Two more witnesses who confirmed the words of the activist is one of his neighbors and a man who was accidentally in the police department and wrote a statement about the theft. (His story T. gave him on his post on Facebook a year ago).

The next meeting in the Lefortovo District Court will be held tomorrow, on August 10 at 11 in the morning.

“It is not clear what the police are trying to achieve their claim. The fact that in the photographs are bruises obtained during the use of force the police does not deny. And on them it is clear that the employees overdid it in any case, ”says Ekaterina Selezneva, a lawyer of the OTD-info, representing the interests of T.

The story itself is wonderful-a man in his own yard discussed renovation, argued with someone, filming a video as a government was trying to put pressure on the tenants, came the police, took him by force, refusing to explain really-for which. They tried to take away the phone in his site (the witnesses confirm this), and just left these bruises. The man barely got out, he managed to call an ambulance. The ambulance took to the hospital, where hematomas were recorded.
