In Kirov, at the walls of the city administration, on August 8, the second picket of parents was held, whose children do not visit the kindergarten. And if 50-60 people came to the first, then the second - only a few mothers with children. A resident of Kirova Marina Suntsova explains this: after the first action, people did not see the reaction of the authorities and realized that it was useless to protest. The woman has four children. Her senior - Ilya - will soon turn 13 years old, he goes to school. The eldest daughter Lubava is seven years old, she got out of the kindergarten, where she got with great difficulty, and in September she will go to first grade. The four -year -old son Elisha moved to the second group of the kindergarten. Younger Pelagia - two years and seven months, she does not receive a preschool education. When Marina talks about this, she cries. The 7x7 correspondent recorded its monologue.

- I was brought here by the question that bothers more than two thousand mothers in the city. I really want to get a kindergarten, which is laid for my child. I will not come here as soon as I have a kindergarten. Although it is not a fact, if then they will not provide schools with schools, because it is also a facet.
We are large. We have a benefit, my child had to go to the garden from the age of two. At the moment, the child is two years and seven months. We all know that the distribution of vouchers is going on until September. Nobody called me, no one offered a ticket, that is, I understand that I was left without a place again. The question is that we have the right to benefit, but even if my child is available - let's count with simple arithmetic - will go to the kindergarten at three years and eight months. How is that? Why is the so -called correction of demography to our state? They ask, they say - give birth, there will be benefits for large families. And in fact, what are the benefits? 202 rubles for a kindergarten and 851 rubles - for a student. Yes, there are benefits, but they do not solve the main issues. Take these 202 rubles from me, these 850 rubles and give the child a kindergarten. A private garden costs 12 thousand rubles! Not 202 rubles! Didn't they try to do with simple mathematics there?

It is very difficult to speak, very. I have a family - six people. Okay, I can feed them, but they must be physically developed - one for dancing, the other in the artist. You are then saying right away - we will not help you with anything, you have no right to anything, go by forest. I’ll leave, I will work in five works, bent by the age of 40. You look, and I will not have to pay a pension.
[After the first protest rally] none of the administration contacted us. No progress, except for promotion in the media. You see, these headlines such as “Riot of angry mothers” are ridiculous. Well, what are we angry mothers? Yes, we are helpless! [cries]. The angry and helpless are different things, we cannot do anything to make our children a kindergarten. This is impossible. I sat and waited - well, at least up to three years, at least to three! But now I understand that they will not give me anything in January! Now the specialist says to me that a shuffle will begin, movements will begin. But she immediately said that the places would be given to beneficiaries in 2015. And we were born on January 1, 2016! Perhaps we will be given something according to the residual principle. Where were they? Where are the statistics and calculations? Why haven't you done before? Why was it necessary to bring to such a state? Moms are the most harmless, quiet, the most calm people in this city, who walk in the sand with children play, brought to despair.
[There were quite a few people on the first picket, but today not. Why do you think people did not come?]. So people see that there is no result. They stood at the Philharmonic with posters, shouted, chanted. The people passing by approached and with a sympathetic gaze stood in line. Everyone had one opinion-something needs to be done with this, something should move. A week passed - and nothing has changed. They say that they will build six kindergartens. Guys, well, mathematics! Even if you will stuff 300 people into these kindergartens, you still do not solve the problem of the queue that has now formed.
After all, we have the same situation with schools! We barely got there with our first -grader. The seventh class was typed in parallel, although they should have gained six. Only thanks to this we got to school. I don’t even know where we went if it were not for that. The problem is systemic, it did not arise now. I could not arrange a single child out of four without problems, not a single one! That is, the system does not change. Previously, we went to the manager directly, roared in the offices, said that we would buy a magnetic board, we would do everything. And now they say they are fighting corruption. Yes, at least you are caught with your corruption! They are fighting, but I can’t get into the garden. What should I do?
We live in the cities. One child went to the kindergarten near the Victory Park, and the other on Leps Square. It's just unrealistic. In winter, you carry two children in these fur coats. You string one one, the second is sweating. Then you grab the second and run.
So I am ready to give birth to the fifth. But if we give 12 thousand a month for a private kindergarten ... Agree that this money is not one or two days to eat normally. Even with our large family, with smart and economical expenditure of funds, you can eat half a month.
Give us 12 thousand rubles of compensation. This solves all issues. You understood that there would not be enough places. Why didn’t they plan any compensation in the budget? Today, in the department, the girl, smiling, said that I received compensation for up to three years [appointed for the second child if he does not go to kindergarten up to three years]. But, excuse me, there are two thousand rubles. And we still pay the income tax from her. Guys, yes we are directly enrichrs from this compensation, just get up or sit down.

I will go to the [head of the Department of Education of the City Hall of Kirov] Petritsky every Wednesday. Next time I will go to him with a child. Let him tell me where to put her. Okay, I have a husband, we are still spinning. And imagine, they took the benefit from the loners. She lives alone, she has one or two children, and she cannot get to kindergarten in three years. There are directly specific situations in our initiative group, where girls are told that they will be fired on the same day when the child is three years old! Either get out of the decree, or write at your own free will. These are not pieces of paper, this is what is happening in our city, today and here. The most defenseless fell under the blow.
Kirov’s authorities promise to build six kindergartens by the end of the year, and a half thousand children will be able to go to them. In line in kindergartens in Kirov - 2235 people.
