New details of voting for presidential candidates

In June, "New" published an investigation on falsifications in the presidential election. Volunteers watched the video from the polling stations and compared the number of voters that voted with the number of voters, inscribed in the protocols in the plots. The publication of the results of the verification of real appearance in 50 random areas in five “electoral sultanates” (the republics of the North Caucasus and Tatarstan) did not surprise anyone. Many guessed about manipulations with interest, even in the CEC. People perceived the overestimation of the turnout as another confirmation that the election results in these regions are most often drawn. Such a “special electoral culture” they have.

After the publication, observers and people who considered the turnout continued to send their stories. For example, how the vote took place at the PEC No. 209 in Adygea. For a plot with Koib, the old-loving stuffing was not suitable, so the falsifiers launched the “carousel”. A group of about 20 young people threw about 500 ballots during the day. Each participant made at least 20 stuffing.

The same guys and girls came so often that by the middle of the day their eyes were flooded.

These actions falling under Art. 142 of the Criminal Code, carried out not a mysterious villain-falsifier. On each PEC, all members of the commission participated in them, several dozen “carousel” with the support of pseudo-observers and the connivance of police officers who averted their eyes at the next appearance of familiar faces. That is, in each case, at least 50-100 people lose the ability to distinguish what is good and what is bad. This is what is called corruption.

When, at the site No. 2049 in Naberezhnye Chelny, when the results announced the results, the candidate Grudinin suddenly “lost” 70 votes, only one member of the commission - Sania Gazizov, who he herself considered a stack of ballots with a mark against the name of the candidate from the Communist Party, protested with a protest. However, she was not only not allowed to check the correctness of the counting, but also staged a pressure. And if it weren’t for a volunteer who calculated the video, how many ballots were actually put in a stack for this candidate, then the theft of votes would be considered a “upset” of an elderly woman. “The hardest is to watch as a person telling the truth, suddenly turned out to be alone against everyone,” Azat Gabdulvaleev, the same volunteer, wrote to me.

Although a lot has already been said about the tricks of the precinct commissions, there is a stereotype that they are not directly engaged in “drawing” - our neighbors and acquaintances, but anonymous bureaucrats either from the territorial election commission, or from the local administration. And what exactly they force the poor members of the PEC to rewrite the protocols. However, video from polling stations testifies: everything is much simpler.

Fulfilling the order on the turnout, the members of the PEC No. 31 of the city of Cherkessk very diligently mud, put marks in unused ballots, then they were thrown into two receptions at the calculation table. But then something went wrong, and they did not have control numbers.

Apparently, the "artists" thought that the broadcast from the site was automatically stopped immediately after the completion of the counting. However, the cameras continued to work, impassively fixing, as at 0:40 Moscow time in the empty room of the site, tired women are trying to fix the final protocol. From the conversation it is clear that they had to fit him so that the turnout was 96%, and the candidate Putin deservedly received his 90%. The cameras recorded their dialogue, I bring it almost literally:

- The number of ballots received by the PEC is 1600. And 1536 is not a Putin percentage?

- Putin's percentage - 1555, if we should vote 96%. We were given 1600, of which 1550 are valid. 90% of this amount should go for Putin, right?

- The actual turns out 1550, take 1503, it turns out 47.

- These 47 we scatter between the rest of the candidates. We will give Baburin eight, Sobchak - 19.

And then the members of the PEC from Balda distribute their voices, count on the calculator, they are mistaken ..

After 15 minutes, the chairman of the commission suddenly remembered the camera. “Turned off, I looked, the red bulb does not burn,” the accomplice answered her.

And “girls” - teachers of school No. 8 of the city of Cherkessk - continue to “draw” the results of voting. Sitting in a school room on Turgenev Street, they decide which candidate will receive how much. And then all this “will of citizens” will be entered in GAS “Elections”, and it will become official.

The plot No. 31 was excavated by the volunteer Tatyana. Having watched it, she also found an attachment to the turnout - 331 votes. And then for three days she could not sleep, she made a video so that, if desired, everyone could see how and who we draw the election results and where all these crazy interests come from.

“Well, everything is clear with the Sultanates for a long time, they have such traditions, but in the Russian regions a completely different situation,” the CEC employee noted in a private conversation. He did not know that work on the study of turnout in such regions is already going on and soon we will publish its results. And they are unlikely to delight him.
