A student from Stavropol was arrested for three days due to the repost of the blogger Barlamov

On March 16, the Leninsky District Court of Stavropol arrested for three days a student Pavel Karachaushev for the response of the blogger Ilya Varlamov with photographs from the Museum of World War II in Poland - one of the photographs was Swastika. Barlamov himself writes about this.

Karachaushev says that two days before the presidential election from a couple in the Stavropol State Agrarian University, the dean took off. An employee of the EE center was waiting for the student in the corridor, who did not explain what was charged with him, but took the young man to the prosecutor's office. There, Karachaushev showed a protocol under an administrative article on the promotion or demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

“I tried to explain that this is complete nonsense, that the photo from the museum, that I would by no means promote the ideology of national socialism. Employees and the prosecutor made understanding persons, promised that there would be nothing to me, that they would most likely justify me if I say everything in court, as they told them, ”says Pavel Karachaushev. According to him, the prosecutor said that the maximum that threatens him is a fine of a thousand rubles.

On the same day, students took to the Leninsky District Court, which arrested him for three days. When making a decision, the judge took into account that the student’s act is “socially dangerous”.
