Nizhny Novgorod anarchist Ilya Romanov, sentenced to nine years in a strict regime in fabricated "terrorist" case and the awaiting court on a new prosecution - justifying terrorism, was taken out of pre -trial detention center -1 in Saransk. This was reported by the ATS-INFO with reference to the activist of the Association of Popular Resistance Mikhail Pulin.

Some time ago, Pulin said, he received a letter from Romanov in which Politsyk wrote that he was "ordered at the stage in the colony", but which particular, he did not know. The activist sent Romanov an answer, but the letter returned with a notification that the "addressee had left."

The probable, however, seems that Romanov was taken not to the colony, but in any of the pre-trial detention center of the Samara region (most likely in the pre-trial detention center-1 in the capital of the region) to participatein the proceedings in the new case . In the card of the case on the website of the Volga District Military Court, which is located in Samara, it is indicated that the case was received by the court on July 23 and on the same day was transferred to the judges. The name of the chairman in the card is hidden.

In the new case, 51-year-old Romanov was imputed part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorism via the Internet), which provides from 5 to 7 years of the colony. Politzeku was charged with the publication on May 3, 2017 of the FB page of the Voldemar Putiniana video recording "Invitation to Jihad". The publication, stated by the FSB, Romanov accompanied the commentary "with the Putin Slvali should be fought by any means." This comment is claimed, the Politzek "mistakenly hid the privacy settings from other users."

The case was fabricated due to the provocation of the FSB. Last February, Romanova, under the pretext of the fact that he allegedly discovered a fistula, was transferred from the PKT (internal prison) of the Mordovian IK-22 in the village of Lepley of the Zubovo-Polyansky district in the LPU-21 in the village of Barashevo Tengushevsky district. In reality, the Politzek did not have a fistula and he did not actually receive treatment. Meanwhile, the FSB operative Senior Lieutenant Yegor Mitochkin, installed an overheard in the Romanov House, and from February 4 continued to secretly monitor the political stake.

From the testimony of Mitochkin in the case it indirectly follows that the translation of Romanov in the LPU-21 was connected precisely with the need to organize a wireworm. In IK-22, the operative explained, "for technical reasons and in connection with a large number of people in the living room, it was impossible to obtain good quality audio recordings there."

The help of Mitochkin in LPU-21 was provided by Sergey Zhuravlev, who was serving more than 20 years of term for drug smuggling from South America. “Dad Zhuravleva is a large Moscow businessman,” said human rights activist Larisa Romanova, the former wife of the political collection. “In short, the oligarchy, the FSIN and the Russian special services are seized. Moreover, in the specific principality of Mordovia.” At the time of the arrival of Romanov, Zhuravlev was in the HPP for more than a year and remained there at least until the end of 2017. Mobile phones in places of imprisonment are prohibited; Nevertheless, Zhuravlev had a smartphone, which Mitochkin knew about: he left the provocateor his number for communication in case of problems with other prisoners. Zhuravlev and Mitochkin periodically called up.

The FB page Voldemar Putiniana Zhuravlev registered for Romanov on his smartphone. He himself made publications in this account himself: Romanov actually does not know how to use mobile phones, because in December 2012 he was released upon departure of a 10-year term from a colony in Ukraine, and less than a year, in October 2013, he was detained in Nizhny Novgorod about the case of terrorism.

Romanov himself asked Zhuravlev about the publication on the page of his cartoons in Putin, as well as two video recordings of comic rites, calling for the "death of Caesar Vladimir", with the candles and the figure of Putin, blown out of bread.

The video "Invitation to Jihad", the political prisoner insists, he did not see at all. It is also known that an atheist’s novels, so he cannot sympathize with the Islamists by definition. Meanwhile, Zhuravlev in his testimony in the case stated that by jihad Romanov implies a war with the current regime and the violent seizure of power.

At the same time, the provocateur used the Voldemar Putiniana account for personal purposes. In friends, this user has a father and son Zhuravlev, with whom Romanov himself is not familiar.

On May 3, 2017, that is, on the day of the publication "Invitations to Jihad", Zhuravlev several times suggested Romanov to go on the Internet. In the evening after the end, as soon as the Politzek opened his page, operatives broke into the ward window. Romanov did not have time to leave the account.

In a recent letter from the ATS -Info, Romanov reported that the operative Mitochkin prepared the initiation of affairs against two more political zones - the Russians who accepted Islam. The fabrication of these two cases, according to the anarchist, was more difficult for Mitochkin: the Islamic community in the Mordovian colonies is numerous and influential, so witnesses to the Muslim accusations had to be sent to safe places so that the parties of the Politzekokes would not take revenge on the provocateurs.

Larisa Romanova, in turn , noted that the new case of the anarchist was fabricated about the same scheme as the third thing excited in the same Mordovia, "who also slipped the phone with access to the Internet from among the convicts."
