Judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow Elena Lenskaya arrested new defendants in the case of the Black Bloc - Dmitry Makarov (the real name of Oborykhin) and Artem Vorobyov - for a period of October 8. About the hearings held on Friday, the correspondent of the "faces" said.
The 33 -year -old Makarov, the co -founder of the Black Bloc, who later came out of the movement - and the 24 -year -old Vorobyov, who remained a member of the CB up until his self -growth, was detained on August 8 . The next day, both charged both.
Part 1 of Article 282.1 (organization of an extremist community; from 6 to 10 years of colony), part 2 of Article 280 (public calls for extremism; up to 5 years) and paragraph "in paragraph 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (arousing of hatred or hostility in an organized group - from 3 to 6 years old) were charged with lawyer Makarov.
On June 26, on the day of the detention of the coordinator and another co -founder of the CB - Vladimir Ratnikov (Komarnitsky), - Makarov had a search on the case . The security forces rudely detained the opposition at his entrance and, wearing the handcuffs, spent the apartment. The search lasted 12 hours; Flags, banners and personal belongings of the owner were seized. The next day, Makarov was interrogated for four hours in the TFR in the status of a witness.
Part 282.1 (participation in the extremist community; from 2 to 6 years of colony) and part 2 of Article 213 of the Code (hooliganism as part of an organized group or group of persons by preliminary conspiracy; up to 7 years old), the graduate faculty of Moscow University, prepared for admission to graduate school;.
According to the 213th article of the Code, an attack on November 11 last year was qualified on participants in the 4th family LGBT conference in Moscow. Then the unknown people sprayed a certain liquid or gas into activists, allegedly something acetonom-containing. Psychologist Zoya Matisov, a member of the Council of the Russian LGBT network, was taken to ophthalmology. Soon, however, it turned out that there was no serious threat to Matisova’s health, as well as other victims.
It was reported that there were four attackers. Meanwhile, now the attack is imputed only by Vorobyov and Ratnikov. It is argued that Vorobyov not only sprayed gas to LGBT activists, but also beat them with his arms and legs.
Vorobyov himself does not plead guilty and refuses to testify.
The senior investigator for particularly important cases of the 1st Department for the Investigation of Crimes related to the use of prohibited funds and methods of warfare (“Ukrainian” management), the Central apparatus of the Investigative Committee, Major of Justice Ilya Bystrov, filed a petition for the arrest of Makarov and Vorobyov. In June, he petitioned the arrest of Ratnikov.
The first judge Lenskaya considered the petition against Makarov. The lawyer of the detainee Igor Popovsky did not have time to arrive at the beginning of the meeting, and Lenskaya, without waiting for him, appointed Makarov a state lawyer.
Investigator Bystrov at the hearing claimed that after the arrest of Ratnikov, Makarov exerted pressure on witnesses, and also tried to escape to Ukraine through France, for which he bought flights one way.
Vorobyeva was defended by an lawyer by agreement Alexei Mikhalchik. He insisted on sending his client to house arrest or exemption on bail in the amount that Lenskaya would appoint.
Bystrov, in turn, stated that the detainee has sustainable ties with German national socialists and could flee to Europe.
Previously, Vorobyov was not even involved in administrative offenses.
Before the meeting of the arrest of Vorobyov, Bystrov, in the court of the court, approached the lawyer Matvey Zen, who had not yet managed to join the Black Bloc, and handed him the agenda for the interrogation in the status of a witness on Monday. Thus, he excluded the participation of Zen in the defense of the arrested: persons, in any kind of quality, have no right to protect his other defendants.
Another agenda for interrogation as a witness - also on August 13 - the investigator handed the famous activist Alexei Reschikov Abanin. “I won’t have the mind of it,” the activist remarked on his VK page, “with the so -called black block, I never had anything at all in general.”
Until now, Ratnikov was the only person involved in the case of the ChB. He was detained on June 26 and two days later sent to a pre -trial detention center . Ratnikov was charged with the same accusations as Makarov (according to paragraph "in" part 2 of Article 282 - not one, like Makarov, but two episodes), and in addition, part 3 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code (calls for mass riots; up to 2 years of colony). There was no question about the episode of the attack on LGBT activists in the month of June.
It was reported that Ratnikov does not plead guilty and refuses to testify.
Already on June 27, the next day after the detention of the coordinator, the Black Bloc announced the self -dissolution.
