They are suspected of providing services that do not meet security requirements (points “a”, “b” of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, during a quiet hour in a private kindergarten on First Persikovaya Street, together with the nannies, they tied the children’s arms and legs with sheets.

On August 7, the Astrakhan 24 publication reported that the regional prosecutor’s office began checking the video, which was filmed by one of the kindergarten nannies. The girl said that in the Polina garden, children lie in beds two by two, some of them tied hand and foot with sheets.
