This was reported by "Crimea. Realities" with reference to Edem Semedlyaev, a lawyer of the Politzek.
Most of the audience who came to support the fellow countryman, the judge did not allow the hall in the hall, directly violating Article 241 of the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure (publicity). She allowed only the wife of activist Lemara Memedeminova to be present at the hearing.
The need to further maintain the Politsek in the pre -trial detention center, the investigator of the Crimean headquarters of the FSB justified the plans to interrogate three witnesses and get the conclusion of a stationary psychoexpertiza, to which Memedeminov was sent at the end of June . “I objected,” said Semedlyaev, “since the interrogation of three witnesses needed only one day, and the investigator had four months. The examination ended on June 26 (probably correctly on July 26. - Ed.), And I think that he had already received it. To familiarize him with the defense side - we also need only one day.”
Memedeminov is 35 years old, he is a resident of the village of Kholmovka (Zalankiy) near Bakhchisaray. The blogger was detained on March 22 after a search in his house. The next day, Memedeminov was sent to a pre -trial detention center .
Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Russian Criminal Code (public calls for terrorism or his public justification via the Internet), which provides for from 5 to 7 years of the colony, was charged with the activist. The reason for initiating the case was, as claimed, the publication of Memedeminov in 2013-2014 on YouTube of some video. Thus, at least part of the publications dates back to the annexation of Crimea.
The houses of Politzek remained three children.
Memedeminov is not the only activist of the Crimean Solidarity, which was criminalized by the invaders. Members of the movement are the majority of eight in the second Bakhchisarai case "Hizb Ut-Tahrir" . On August 10, the case of extremism was opened against activist Gulsum Aliyeva .

On April 13, 2017, Memedeminov in Bakhchisarai was shooting at the house of Seydamet Mustafaev, where the security forces conducted a search . It was noted that the activist also kept his fellow countrymen from the reaction to the provocation of the invaders.
