The attack of the parliament in London: Three wounded

In London near the parliament building, the driver on Ford Fiesta deliberately knocked down several pedestrians and cyclists. It is reported by Reuters.

The incident occurred at 6:37 am local time (8:37 Moscow time). Having hit, the driver crashed into a fence near the parliament building and was immediately detained by the police. Weapons were not found with him. There were no other people in the car.

Three people were injured. Two were taken to the hospital with non -hazardous injuries. The third hospitalization was not needed.

The attack is qualified as a terrorist attack. The leaders of government departments involved in security issues have appointed an emergency meeting in connection with the incident.

The only criminal is reported that this is a man under 30 years. He refuses to cooperate with the investigation.

This is the second terrorist attack in the British parliament over the past year and a half. March 22, 2017, 52-year-old Khalid Masud (birth name-Edrien Russell Adjao) crashed by car into a group of people on the Westminster bridge. Two people died on the spot; Another pedestrian died in the hospital. Leaving the car, Masud stabbed a policeman on duty at the parliament to get inside the building. However, the colleagues of the deceased shot the terrorist.
