The priest and creator of the Alexander Museum is fired after criticism of the garbage training grounds

In the suburbs, another scandal due to landfills. In Sergiev Posad, the priest of Father Victor is fired, who spoke to the Minister of Ecology of the Moscow Region Alexander Kogan with criticism of the project to build a solid household waste training ground. A week after that, Alexander me, where Father Victor is the deputy director, came to the spiritual and educational center, which made a decision: Viktor’s father from the municipal institution must be reduced.

Garbage "shoulder" Muscovites

Despite the protests of the inhabitants of Sergeyev Posad, the authorities plan to build a garbage training ground 22 km from Lavra near the village of Sakharovo. Formally following the letter of the law, officials organized public hearings in the city. According to local media, it happened like this: by the local DC “October”, state employees were brought by buses by buses, and the instructions about what topics were raised in the hearings and at what point to act more actively in chats with the speaking names “listening” in WhatsApp and “sugar” in Telegram.

Father Victor (Grigorenko), the nephew of the Archpriest of the Russian Orthodox Church Alexander Me, also came to express his position on the hearing. Father Victor is the abbot of the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh in Semhoz, he also consists in the Public Chamber of the city and created the Alexander Museum in the cultural and educational center "Dubrava".

“I get the impression that our meeting is of such a character as if the issue has already been resolved, and we need to discuss some details and make some adjustments,” the priest began his speech at the hearing. He stated that 15 members of the Public Chamber (out of 45) do not agree that a garbage training ground and a plant will appear in the district.

In response, the Minister of Ecology of the Moscow Region, Alexander Kogan, explained that Sergiev Posad “substitutes the shoulder of Muscovites”, and “you need to take responsibility”, since the issue of garbage training grounds “no one has engaged for a long time”, while residents can “beat and scold us”, but “have to build modern plants” to show how they work.

"Act of knocking out"

A week later, the administrative commission came to the Dubrava Cultural and Educational Center (CCC), where the Alexander Dubrava, where the Alexander Museum is located. According to Viktor’s father, the audit found that the museum “does not work out the financing that it receives from the state”, and it is necessary to reduce three bets: the deputy director, which is occupied by the priest, the head of the exhibition and exhibition department and the methodologist.

“They tell me that the instructions were tested directly from the governor's team, but I doubt it very much. It seems to me that this decision was made at the level of the district administration, it is possible to deploy everything into the political direction. But as a priest, I would not want to take part in political battles, ”said Father Victor.

“I only associate this with the fact that if you are a person who works in the budget sphere, you must be obedient, not have your own opinion,” the priest argues.

Father Viktor Dressy is that the blow fell on the museum - it is not random, but people close to Alexander the menu, including the wife and daughter of Father Victor. “For us, this is a matter of family honor, what we do - more than work, is a continuation of the educational activity of Father Alexander. It is very difficult for me to divide the ministry in the church and the cultural and educational work in Dubrava, one continues to do something else, ”the priest adds.

He also said that in 2015, the museum staff managed to register two thousand units of exhibits in the Russian Museum Fund (including letters to Alexander menu, his manuscripts, personal objects, painting, sculpture), two thousand exhibits are ready for registration. The museum hosts exhibitions and lectures.

“It’s doubly insulting when the activities gaining momentum are hooked by the dismissal of me and two employees,” the clergyman complains, noting that this is like an act of knocking out.

"If you say, wait for the consequences"

Father Victor said that to study in detail the essence of the claims, which reflects the shortcomings of the museum when he is officially acquainted with him. After that, the team will decide, to leave all together-"or still somehow try to defend our opinion."

Director of the Dubrava Communist Party Alexander Mironov told Novaya Gazeta that the decision of the commission became unexpected for the entire team. The commission came to the conclusion that the museum will be “departed by the state”, and to “optimize work” it must be reduced. But the problem, according to Mironov, is going to “minimize”.

“In accordance with the Rules, I must notify the employees of a reduction in bets and offer employees an alternative - no other way,” the director argues, adding that two months are allocated for this.

To the question of “new”, whether the reduction of Victor’s father is related to his speeches at public hearings, Mironov answered evasively, “discussing politics” refuses to discuss, “I would like to believe that it is not connected,” but he “may be wrong”.

Father Victor himself calls the actions of the audit "Act of Interesting." People from the encirclement of the priest hint at this.

“None of my acquaintances of officials, a fairly high level, is hiding this ( dismissal due to public statements - M.P .). They say so: “You understand what and where you say, and if you say it, wait for the consequences,” says the priest.
