The St. Petersburg network of bookstores "Bukvoed" will unite with the Moscow "Read Gorod", reports "Fontanka".

Denis Kotov, Director General of Bukvoeded, said that we are not talking about absorption, but about integration. According to the publication, the Moscow Network believes that the “book -eater” should sell more books, not souvenir products. Perhaps Moscow shareholders will decide to close 10-12 unprofitable stores.

The “read-Gorod” explained that changes in the “letter-eater” will be associated with a change in the organization of the shopping space and increased efficiency.
