The Samara district court of Samara arrested the former head of the regional "community of the indigenous Russian people" Lyubov Kuzaev for a period of September 27. This was reported to the "Franes" by the lawyer of Agora Timur Miftahutdinov, who represents the interests of the political prisoner.
56-year-old Kuzaeva was detained in Togliatti on August 14 . Earlier on Thursday, it became known that the 1st department for the investigation of especially important cases of the regional headquarters of the Investigative Committee of charge under part 1 of Article 282.1 (organization of an extremist community; from 6 to 10 years of colony), part 1 of article 282 (excitement of social hatred; from 2 to 5 years), paragraph "part 2 of the same article (the same actions in an organized group; from 3 to 6 years; four episodes), part 1 of article 1, part 1 of Article 1, part 1 of Article 1, part 1 354.1 (rehabilitation of Nazism by public denial of the facts established by the verdict of the Nuremberg Tribunal; up to 3 years; two episodes), part 1 of Article 280 (public calls for extremism; up to 4 years) and part 1 of Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code (public calls to separatism; also up to 4 years).
The political prisoner itself completely rejects.
Together with Kuzaeva, the defendant of the case was detained - a 51 -year -old native of the regional center Ilya Martyshkin. Along with Kuzaeva, he is mentioned in a letter that, on August 10, the deputy chief of the Togliatti department of the FSB, Lieutenant Colonel S. Reshetov was sent by the head of the 1st department for the investigation of especially important cases of the regional headquarters of the Investigative Committee, Colonel Alexei Dubovitchenko. In this document, Martyshkin, like Kuzayev, is called the organizer of the regional "community of the indigenous Russian people." It can be assumed that he became the successor to Kuzayeva as the leader of the "community".
As stated in the document, Kuzayev and Martyshkin intend to “prepare and organize unauthorized mass actions with the aim of destabilizing the situation on the eve of the elections to the Duma of the [Okrodsky] about the [circle] of Togliatti and the post of Governor of the Samara Region”, scheduled for September 9. "These shares can be radical extremist in nature and develop into riots," Reshetov argued.
Along with this, he announced the presence of "proven information", according to which Kuzayeva and Martyshkin "in order to avoid liability, they plan to leave the limits of the Russian Federation."
Reshetov’s letter was attached to the case file.

As can be concluded from the publication of the Volga News, Martyshkin was also detained and he was charged with the same charges as Kuzaeva. The hearing about the arrest of the activist also had to be held on Thursday, however, they did not appear about their outcome in the media and on the resources of law enforcement agencies, Agora reports only about his clients.
The note "Volga News" also states that during a search, one of the defendants found certain ammunition and explosives and now the issue of initiating another case is being decided on this fact. Since the lawyer of Miftahutdinov on the detection of ammunition and explosives at Kuzaeva did not report, it can be concluded that Martyshkin is meant under the defendant, who allegedly found them.
As follows from the publication of the Samara publication, except for Kuzayeva and Martyshkin in the case, three more members of the regional "community of the indigenous Russian people" are held, but they have not been charged. Who are these defendants, the "faces" have no information.
Last year, cases were already initiated against Kuzaeva in parts of Article 282 and 354.1 of the Criminal Code, but in October it became known that both of these cases were closed .
Also in 2017, the case was opened against the leader of the Togliatti "community of the indigenous Russian people" Viktor Permyakov. He was charged with part 1 of Article 282 and part 1 of Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code. During the investigation, the activist pleaded guilty, but during the trial the prosecution rejected. On December 20, 2017, the Togliatti Avtozavodsky District Court sentenced the 64-year-old at that time to Permyakov by 2 years 1 month conditionally.
"Communities of the indigenous Russian people" are local and regional structures, some of which obey the "Russian Republic", and the other - the "Russian Republic of Rus'"; Both governing bodies compete with each other for these "communities". Initially, all the "communities" were branches of the "Russian Republic of Rus'", which was headed by the "Supreme Ruler" Vladimir Popov. However, then the "Chairman of the Executive Committee of the State Council" Viktor Krivov actually removed Popov from the leadership. Then Popov formed the “Russian Republic”, and in October 2016 he issued a “Decree” on the dismissal of Krivov for abuse of authority. In turn, Krivov continues the activities of the "Russian Republic of Rus'."
As follows from the publication of the Volga News, the "communities" of the Samara region support the structure of Krivov.
At the beginning of this year, sentences of the three communities activists from the Arkhangelsk region, who, unlike the Samara, were supporters of the Russian Republic, were issued. On March 1, a member of the "Provisional State Council of the Russian Republic" Vasily Pivkozak, a resident of Velsk, was convicted by a military court to three years in a general regime on accusations of justifying terrorism, extremism and explosives.
On March 14, it became known that the civil court was sentenced to two years conditionally Arkhangelogorods Igor Byzov. Unlike a brewer, only two "extremist" articles were charged with him.
On April 13, another member of the "Provisional State Council of the Russian Republic", a resident of Severodvinsk Alexei Lebedev, was sentenced by a military court to six years of general regime for about the same accusations as the beer (with the difference that Lebedev was not charged with explosives, but by storage of weapons). On August 9, the Supreme Court confirmed Lebedev’s sentence.
