Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow today released under house arrest until mid-September the defendants of the “New Greatness” case, 18-year-old Anna Pavlikova and 19-year-old Maria Dubovik. The court was attended by correspondents of the "Novy".
The court’s meeting was preceded by a large campaign in the clarification of adolescents - the defendants in the case of “new greatness”. The petition demanding to free Anya Pavlikova and Masha Dubovik collected almost 170 thousand signatures.
The reaction of justice to the march of mothers, held in Moscow, was so swift that some reporters, figuratively express themselves, had not yet had time to dry the cameras from yesterday's downpour. Shoes did not have time so for sure. The first was the version that things would begin to be considered at 12 days, a little later waiting for reporters were upset -the hearings are transferred to 16-00. One of the waiting colleagues commented: "This is so that less people come to take off, their nerves are shaking."
The forecast is not justified, people with cameras come three times more than in the morning. Almost immediately, everyone gets down at the end of the corridor on the fourth floor at the door with the inscription "Exit". This is a “output” for a convoy with the defendant. Everyone holds the cameras on the weight and the sharp shout of the guard: “I said to whom - hand back!”, They react reluctantly. The guard screams again. Pass back for half a meter. And after Anya is carried out to the courtroom, the door begins to crowd out.
“Relatives, only relatives pass!” Journalists arrange a real crush. The spokeswoman shouts publications, which, in her opinion, should be put into the hall.
The meeting begins. Messages of young - thirty years, no more - prosecutor and investigator fit into several proposals. They pronounce them so quietly, looking at the table that it is impossible to make out anything. The essence of this - Pavlikov, according to the investigator, cannot harm the investigation, being under house arrest, since all investigative actions are over. The prosecutor of the arguments for extending the content of Pavlikova in the pre -trial detention center also does not. Although on August 9 there were many of them. Judge Irina Devaeva is “new” in this matter, in a professional impartial manner it takes a meeting so that it is impossible to predict his outcome by any instinct. Although, for sure this outcome is already predetermined.
Anya looks scattered and detached. He looks at the ceiling, then at his own hands. Sometimes he throws up his head and looks for his mother. Her gaze, as if, is not focused. It seems that she is not worried, that she was tired of mortal and anyway. Sometimes the father, sitting nearby, tilts her head. He again has a bottle of water for his daughter next to him, she can again not be transferred.
Judge Devaeva finds out whether there are petitions for defense. Ani's lawyer reports that there is. And lists guarantees from human rights activist Lyudmila Alekseeva, journalist Nikolai Svanidze and Mikhail Fedotov, chairman of the Human Rights Council, as well as school characteristics and letters for participating in competitions, and also a rewards of father for Afghanistan. On a bowl of the Libra of the protection of Ani and the circulation of the laureate of the State Prize, and the letter for the sixth grade.
Lawyer Olga Karlova passes on the judge and Kipu of medical reports. “At Ani, during the time in the pre -trial detention center, the heart valve prolapse from the first degree moved to the second. There are threatening changes on the brain MRI ... but I cannot announce all the diagnoses publicly, this is a medical secret ... "
The judge goes to the detailed survey of Ani about what conditions and with whom she lives. Anya is lost, and to the question of how many rooms in the apartment cannot immediately answer - he looks at a bewildered lawyer.
- Anna Dmitrievna, can you hear me well? I am contacting you! - asks the judge. Anya is looking for the eyes of a lawyer and, finally, replies: "Yes, we have three rooms." On the question of who provided her, Anya freezes again, and then begins to nod: "Yes, she worked, in a veterinary clinic ..."
The judge asks Father Ani Dmitry to tell in detail about housing conditions. “Ani has his own room, no, there is no burden on the apartment ... I keep my daughter. There is constant earnings ... He worked, was going to go to the university again ... "
The judge is leaving for a decision. Ana, finally, pass the water and she, unscrewing the cork with the edge of the T -shirt, begins to frantically drink. Gully, for a long time. He takes his breath and drinks again. Then she closes his eyes.
Ani Julia’s mother becomes uneasy in a break. Someone offers analgin and wet wipes. She refuses. The eldest daughter stands nearby and mechanically strokes her on the shoulder.
Photocollah is invited to the photo correspondents. There are several dozen of them and it is completely incomprehensible how everyone can get into a small hall.
There is no judge for about forty minutes. Stuffy and painful. One of the journalists, looking at the phone, reports: "And" Rain "wrote that they released under house arrest." After a couple of minutes, it turns out that several news agencies have already replicated the news, which is not yet there.
The judge comes in and begins to read out the case. Nastya - Anya’s sister - wrapps around her mother and remains to sit nearby. They are the only ones who sit in the courtroom.
"... given that the circumstances have changed and Pavlikov cannot affect the results of the investigation ...." At these words, Judge Julia Pavlikova raises his head and begins to frantically listen to the indistinct and the Jesuist quiet, despite the many microphones around, the voice of the judge.
In the words “transfer under house arrest ...” the hall exhales. Julia and Nastya dropping their heads from the cameras cry. The judge finishes reading the decision. In the hall they clap and someone shouts: "Victory!" Dmitry Pavlikov, with a reddened face, says: “We will finally be able to treat her!” Anya, having heard the verdict, frantically pulls off the elastic band from the braid and begins to unwind it.
