The coordinator of the "Citizen Observer" movement in Tula, Anton Gubarev, received a phone call from a man who introduced himself as an employee of the "E" Center and invited him to a conversation. This was reported to OVD-Info by Gubarev himself.
According to Gubarev, a stranger who introduced himself as Vadim invited him to a conversation at the department of the Center for Combating Extremism. To Gubarev's demand to send him a summons, the man promised that he would have problems with work. The coordinator of the movement did not come to the conversation and said that he was going to write a statement to the prosecutor's office, the Internal Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the commissioner for human rights.
- Anton Gubarev previously reported on harassment by employees of the E Center. At the end of June, law enforcement officers tried to get to his house in order to conduct a preventive conversation. Then Gubarev associated the interest of the police with the planned rally against the pension reform.
- At the end of May, Gubarev reported that the employees of the Center "E" "in a tough manner" suggested that the organizer of the action "He is not our Tsar" Ivan Surov meet for a conversation. The man who called Surov offered the activist to sit in his car to “talk”. Earlier, employees of the Center "E", according to Gubarev, interviewed his grandmother and neighbors about the activities of the activist. At the same time, he said that law enforcement officers were also monitoring the head of Navalny's headquarters in Tula, Dmitry Nikolaev.
