During a joint trip from the HRC with human rights activist Andrei Babushkin to the UFSIN institutions in the Omsk region in June of this year, we have repeatedly heard complaints from the prisoners that they are not only tortured with electric shock, water, they are beaten, raped, but also poisoned: gas, poisoned with water and food. I must say that we were quite skeptical of information about the persecution of prisoners. However, we found in the psychiatric department of the regional hospital No. 11 (OP-11) of the UFSIN G. Omsk, a prisoner from IK-7, which by that time was attached to the bed for five days and which, in our opinion, was absolutely healthy and did not show any aggression, forced to look differently about such complaints of prisoners.

Then they got it out of boxing, forced to sign that he was treating in a psychiatric department. I say: "But I came here to be treated for tuberculosis." And the doctors to me: “We don’t know, the security department sent you here. You will lie here so far. ”

In the hospital, they continued to prick me some kind of garbage incomprehensible, after which I slept from morning till night, did not even eat. I always had a weight of 90–95 kilograms, and there I lost weight to 56. I didn’t eat, because I was afraid that they would poison me again.

A year and a half I was in custody. I remember the first six months and the last four months, and the rest is all with excerpts.
