In Moscow, ten participants in a rally in support of Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsov were detained at the monument to Griboyedov. This was reported by one of the detainees, Konstantin Kotov.

Among the detainees are Konstantin Kotov, Tatyana Shapiro, Olga Mazurova, Vadim Tsvetkov, Vladimir Maksakov, Alexey Belenkin, Irina Galkova, Dmitry Ermoltsev, Shura Burtin, Ekaterina Sirenkina. They were brought to the Basmanny District police station.
