Why he sat down, he tells reluctantly, as he recalls childhood. There was an orphanage and the usual fishing for anyone - to take it, which is bad. “In adolescence, I had a feeling of impunity, so I committed crimes. Robbed entrepreneurs. Minors are mostly sitting for robberies. But even for the murder they are given no more than five years, but they gave me so much for the theft! " - Danila is indignant.
He is sure that the judge gave so much because he got her: “I entered into conflicts right at the meetings. She thought to deal with me quickly, and I constantly distracted her from another work, tightened my job. ”

“I began to study the laws at the age of 15 slowly. But I had serious knowledge in the pre -trial detention center when I gained practice, ”recalls Danila. - The last year I was very progressive: all the courts were littered with complaints, and not only in my criminal case. I tried to initiate criminal cases against the administration and officials of the investigative insulator under Articles 285-286 of the Criminal Code (abuse of authority, abuse of authority). The leadership of the pre -trial detention center roughly violated the rights of prisoners, there was a lot of violence and torture. ”
The need for the personal presence of the prisoner in court did not allow him to send him from the pre -trial detention center to the colony, and Danila enjoyed this loophole for five years, making more and more complaints and petitions, which he calmly tells at large. His complaints were indeed littered by the courts of not only Novosibirsk, but also the region: “I tried to paralyze the actions of the court, the judges could not calmly consider other cases, everyone had a pack of my complaints, but they must comply with the procedural terms.”

“That is, in each camera there should be a radio point so that prisoners can receive information about what is happening in the outside world. But in most of the cameras there were no radio cameras, ”he says. - Many did not like it, but they were silent and did not take any measures, because they believed that it was useless. I wrote complaints. True, he received non -flow formal unsubscribes: "A check was carried out on your complaint, there were no violations." What is the check? If there is no radio, how did they check? This is a arrogant lies. ”

“To suppress the prisoner in jail, they do this: they call a doctor, the doctor is fabricating a certificate that the prisoner had a nervous breakdown and he tried to commit suicide. On the basis of this certificate, the head of the pre -trial detention center makes a decision on the placement of the prisoner in the psycho -insulator, ”Danila describes. - This is a small room, four by four meters, where there is nothing: no chairs, no tables, no bed, no toilet, no window, no batteries. The walls are upholstered with rubber, such as linoleum, green. It’s kind of like the color of calm. ”
The prisoner is stripped naked and put in this room, for example, for a week: sit, think. It is very cold in the psycho -insulator, in winter - almost unbearable.

Other prisoners complained about the torture conditions of the detention. So, the Novosibirsk, who spent almost two years in the pre-trial detention center-1,filed a lawsuit against the isolator and the GUFSIN on compensation for non-pecuniary damage in the amount of 1.3 million rubles.
According to him, fourteen people were simultaneously in the cell for eight seats. “We had to sleep in turn,” the lawsuit noted. The same prisoner claimed that in the pre -trial detention center they were not really fed, they were not dressed, not even treated for deadly diseases. True, he later withdrew the claim - already in the colony on him, it was pressed properly. That's why Danil did not want to go to the camp.
Of course, it is almost useless to complain about the pre -trial detention center - Gufsin does not give a move to the appeals directed against himself, because the Russian prison is naturally the best in the world.
Danila - unique in its kind, nugget.
