An administrative case was opened against a pensioner for wanting to talk about the problems of the village

In the village of Pokrovskoye, Sverdlovsk Region, a 63-year-old woman was charged with an administrative case for wanting to talk to reporters about the lack of hot water in her house. This is reported by "Between the Lines".

On August 1, the woman was going to meet with journalists from Vesti URAL State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, and the day before she hung up an announcement in the entrance about their arrival with an offer to take part in the meeting. The head of the Pokrovskaya territorial administration, Marina Selskaya, wrote a statement to the police against the pensioner, accusing her of organizing a public event without approval (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). After that, a district police officer came to the pensioner and said that on August 30 she should appear in court.

As a result, the meeting with journalists did not take place - the administration promised them that on August 3 the residents would be given hot water.
