In Moscow, the arrest of the leader of the nationalist “Black Bloc” Vladimir Ratnikov was extended

The judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow, Yevgenia Nikolaeva, extended the arrest of Vladimir Ratnikov (Komarnitsky), leader of the nationalist Black Bloc, by three months and three days. This was reported to OVD-Info by lawyer Armen Martirosyan, who represents the interests of the arrested person.

Ratnikov is accused of creating an extremist community (part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code), of publicly calling for extremism on the Internet (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code), of calling for mass riots (part 3 of article 212 of the Criminal Code), as well as twice accused of inciting hatred or enmity by an organized group (paragraph “c” of part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code). The reason for initiating cases was both the statements of the activist on the Internet and the slogans chanted during public events.

At the meeting, it became known that Ratnikov was also suspected of public calls for terrorist activities (part 1 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) and of hooliganism committed by a group of persons (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code).

The defense requested that the accused be placed under house arrest or released on bail.

Makarov is accused of organizing an extremist community (part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code), of public calls for extremism on the Internet (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code) and of inciting hatred or enmity by an organized group (paragraph “c” of part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code).

Vorobyov is accused of participating in an extremist community (part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code) and of hooliganism committed by a group of persons (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code).
