The Oktyabrsky District Court of Vladimir imposed a fine of 1.5 thousand rubles on the lawyer of the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny, Kirill Nikolenko, for publishing in 2012 on VKontakte a photograph of a damaged poster of State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Valery Rashkin. this . reports The publication “Argument”
Nikolenko was found guilty under Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public display of Nazi symbols) due to the fact that two swastikas were depicted on the poster where Rashkin was painted with a mustache and hairstyle like that of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.
