Omsk residents discovered a strange design solution in one of the local kindergartens - they surrounded the playground for games with a high fence with barbed wire. Her photographs diverged through social networks, Internet users joke about the Teremok IR. The reason for the introduction of a "strict regime" turned out to be prosaic.

The picture with an unusual playground appeared in the public Live Omsk on the VKontakte social network on the eve of August 23. “At least somehow they will save in a more or less decent form,” “Helpers do not thump in the sandbox, adolescents do not break the swing, and the child will not run away,” some community readers agreed with the innovation.

Others joke: “And where is the towers with machine guns?”, “Stole a shoulder blade - welcome!”, “Some kind of children's prison”, “Little ghetto”.

In the Golden Baby Ura.ru kindergarten, they explained that the site was protected from adolescents from the hostel nearby. “So that they do not climb, do not shit on the site. They smoke, drink, steal toys,” said the employees of the kindergarten.

According to them, the parents of the pupils are absolutely positive to this extent. The kindergarten emphasized that it is possible to joke over the "strict regime site" until the children of the jokers themselves find a condom or a broken bottle in the sandbox.

The director of kindergarten Irina Betley in an interview with ngs55.ru commented in more detail in more detail. According to her, many former employees of a brick factory, previously brought to criminal liability, live in a five -story building next to the site.

“The children from this house were engaged in vandalism more than once. They drank, smoked, did need. They steal all the toys, up to the last mold. They painted everything with markers. Each walk began with the janitor or a teacher and cleaned the banks, cigarette butts, glass and even condoms,” said Betley.

Adolescents from whom the site closed, digging

The site was fenced with barbed wire in July and the situation improved. However, another problem has appeared. The director of the kindergarten, however, lamented in a conversation with the NGS55.ru correspondent that adolescents living in a five -story building next door were now digging under the fence to penetrate there. The janitor constantly burns the recesses, but they appear again and again.

The press service of Rospotrebnadzor in the Omsk region stated that there are no violations that the playground is fenced with barbed wire. “In modern sanitary standards, the requirements for fences are not spelled out. They are simply not. In general,” the department admitted.
