But the problem for the authorities is that raising the retirement age is not related to demography and economics.

Speaking in theory - then yes, for example, a large supporter of raising the retirement age. What is there! I generally think that pensions are stupidity! This is a relic of the socialist ideals that formed at the end of the 19th century-at a time when most of the population was occupied by a mechanical, meaningless, exhausting work at the master-capitalist.

90% of its time of existence did not know about any pensions. The gatherers did not know about any pensions. The peasants did not retire. Farmers do not retire. Doctors, teachers, scientists, engineers, musicians, writers, businessmen - why should they retire? If he is a good doctor, let him work while he wants. If he is a bad doctor, he must be driven before any pension.

The problem is that all this virtual libertarianism has nothing to do with the real situation in Russia.

It is as funny to discuss the increase in the retirement age from the point of view of demography as with the help of the theory of the game to determine how often you can win in the casino.

You will always lose, and the reasons will have nothing to do with the theory of games.

Putin informed us that, alas, the population of Russia is aging.

This is true. But it began to grow old not yesterday. And it was precisely in connection with the aging of the population back in 2002, that is, sixteen years ago, in Russia, a pension reform was carried out, which provided for a gradual transition to a funded pension. Despite the fact that it was adopted in 2002, that is, already under Putin, it was developed just under Yeltsin-in the damned 90s.

And under Putin, in 2014, she was canceled. The funded part of the pension was “frozen” and allowed for payments to current pensioners.

It is strange that the same people tell us about the aging of the population who launched a reform under the knife, which allowed us to cope with the problem.

In addition, in his speech, the president forgot to mention that the terrible demographic catastrophe hanging over Russia for some reason is not reflected in the retirement age of the security forces: they both retired in 20 years.

If we take into account that these 20 years are nominal (service in hot spots, “year for three”, etc.), then it turns out completely laf. It turns out that a young healthy guy who penetratively put for likes, at the age of 35, retires and officially becomes a co -owner of all those businesses that he had previously unofficially nightmare.

And the pension of this person - who will just live happily ever after, be treated in Germany, rest in Hawaii, drive on Lexus - will not be paid average for 5 years, but all 40.

And despite the difficult demographic position, this worthy person will not be touched. But there are many of these people. Only the Russian Guard with its “punishers” has 340 thousand people.

Putin in his appeal lists other possible measures of financial filling in the demographic pit, which, alas, will not remove problems. "Sell part of state property." "Enter a progressive income tax." "Hand over the taxes of the fuel and energy complex."

Uh! What about the simplest and most effective: not to steal? The abolition of pensions is not accompanied in any way, even for species, restriction of the appetites of officials and their friends. Exactly the opposite: we continue to build stadiums, conduct championships, pull gas pipelines and carry out many inconceivably expensive projects on which members of the Lake Cooperative and other close to power earn five ends.

It is very difficult for a person of retirement age to find work. How does the president propose to solve this issue? But how: he proposes to introduce liability, up to the criminal, for employers for dismissal or refusal to hire persons of pre -retirement age and start (of course, for the state account) the retraining program.

This is not help to the pre -retirement people. This is a feeder for officials and new ways to ruin business, which will ultimately lead to the fact that: a) will be fired before the person can complain, and b) the number of jobs in Russia will still decrease.

At the same time, there is a very simple way to ensure unqualified pre -retirees employment. For this, it is only necessary, for example, to reduce labor migration.

But the authorities are convenient to have slave labor in prosecutorial dachas and sports megastroots.

Compared to this free work (slaves, in the end, at the end of the construction, you can completely deport the state account) the work of any unskilled Russian is non -competitive.

And finally, the fifth. Over the past 20 years, huge changes have occurred in the world. China raised 400 million people from poverty and became, if not the first, then not the second economy of the world. In the USA, Google, Amazon, Paypal, Apple was overtaken on Exxon capitalization. Even countries such as Malaysia or Vietnam turned assembling factories into an impressive size.

During this time, Russia made a giant path back. From the country of the second world, standing on the threshold of the first, we turned into some kind of medieval Timbukta. To the country where they put on likes, but the “Kremlin cooks”, which have taken over the functions of the state, intervene in the American elections, someone else shits a “newcomer” in London, and “retired” military and “vacationers” arrange a gas sector in the Donbass.

What does this have to do with the size of pensions? The most direct. There can be no high pensions in a medieval country. There can be no Harvard University in Sierra Leone. Apple cannot be in the gas sector.

There are no pensions in the Middle Ages. This is an economic fact, with which all voters who enthusiastically voted for the onset of the Middle Ages will have to be considered.
