The City Court of St. Petersburg upheld the fine of 160 thousand rubles to the activist and public defender Vara Mikhailova for the painting “Nine Stations of the Disfision of the Leader”. She wrote about this on her Twitter.

Thus, the City Court approved the decision of the court of first instance, which found the activist guilty under Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for holding a public event).
