In the document, Pavlikova wrote that the case should be initiated under Part 4 of Article 150 of the Criminal Code (involving a minor in a criminal group or in committing a grave or especially grave crime).
The girl said that she "was involved through persuasion, promises and threats by Ruslan D. (a classified witness) in an informal political organization created at his insistence." Pavlikova claims that she wanted to leave the New Greatness, but Ruslan D. persuaded her to stay.
In the petition, the defendant also asked the investigators to stop her criminal case. RIA Novosti also writes that Olga Karlova, Pavlikova’s lawyer, sent a similar statement to the investigator, in which she asked to stop the criminal case against all the defendants in New Greatness “due to the absence of corpus delicti in the act.”
Ruslan D. appears in the case as a witness, identified as Alexander Konstantinov. According to the case file, he admitted that he participated in the "New Greatness" for the "subsequent identification of participants", familiarization with the documents and obtaining significant information for transmission to law enforcement agencies.
Konstantinov calls himself the head of the financial department. According to the alleged leader of the movement, Ruslan Kostylenkov, Ruslan D. wrote the group's charter. Subsequently, Konstantinov was not arrested.
In August, Ruslan D. told Dozhd that he did not work for the special services.
