Anna Pavlikova asked to initiate a case against the alleged infiltrated employee

Accused in the New Greatness case, Anna Pavlikova filed a motion in which she asks to open a criminal case against Ruslan D., an alleged infiltrated employee. about this with reference to a petition addressed to investigator Anton Malyugin. writes RIA Novosti

In the document, Pavlikova wrote that the case should be initiated under Part 4 of Article 150 of the Criminal Code (involving a minor in a criminal group or in committing a grave or especially grave crime).

The girl said that she "was involved through persuasion, promises and threats by Ruslan D. (a classified witness) in an informal political organization created at his insistence." Pavlikova claims that she wanted to leave the New Greatness, but Ruslan D. persuaded her to stay.

In the petition, the defendant also asked the investigators to stop her criminal case. RIA Novosti also writes that Olga Karlova, Pavlikova’s lawyer, sent a similar statement to the investigator, in which she asked to stop the criminal case against all the defendants in New Greatness “due to the absence of corpus delicti in the act.”

Ruslan D. appears in the case as a witness, identified as Alexander Konstantinov. According to the case file, he admitted that he participated in the "New Greatness" for the "subsequent identification of participants", familiarization with the documents and obtaining significant information for transmission to law enforcement agencies.

Konstantinov calls himself the head of the financial department. According to the alleged leader of the movement, Ruslan Kostylenkov, Ruslan D. wrote the group's charter. Subsequently, Konstantinov was not arrested.

In August, Ruslan D. told Dozhd that he did not work for the special services.

• In the New Greatness case, an organization created, judging by the materials of the case, by infiltrated employees, there are ten defendants. Four of them are now in jail, six are under house arrest.
• All ten people are accused of organizing the activities of an extremist community (Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). In this case, the prosecution is based on the testimony of three men who were not arrested. One of them said that he was introduced into the group on assignment. The protocols of interrogations of these people are almost completely withdrawn from the case file. One of the three (actually Ruslan D.) wrote the charter of the organization, collected money, rented premises for meetings. None of them were arrested.
