Andrei Fateev, coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Tomsk, was placed under administrative arrest for 25 days, OVD-Info reports.
Fateev was charged with repeated violation of the rules for holding the action (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to calls to participate in a rally against pension reform, scheduled for September 9.
- As of the time of writing, there are at least nine administrative reports drawn up for calls for a rally on September 9, as well as two criminal cases.
- On September 9, a rally against the pension reform, announced by supporters of Alexei Navalny, is to take place in different cities of Russia. Navalny himself will not be able to take part in the action - at the end of August he was assigned 30 days of administrative arrest due to the “Voters Strike” that took place on January 28.
