On August 31, the evacuation of children began in Armyansk. The authorities took out 2874 children and 980 parents and teachers to the sanatoriums and children's camps of Yevpatoria, Bakhchisarai, Saki and Black Sea. The head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, said that the authorities were stopping the work of the plant for two weeks with saving wages for all employees. On the same day, the administration of the IC of the Russian Federation in the Crimea opened a criminal case on the fact of the release of harmful substances - under an article on violation of the rules for the appeal of environmentally hazardous substances and waste, which provides for fines or imprisonment for up to two years.

For residents remaining in Armyansk, Sergei Aksenov ordered to organize a round-the-clock pharmacy, where you can get cotton-gauze dressings for free.

“We directed 80 thousand cotton-gauze bandages of humanitarian aid. Also in the pharmacies of Armyansk there are all the necessary drugs, primarily absorbents. We keep the situation under control. If this is necessary, we will send more, ” said Nikolai Derkach, Deputy Minister of Health of Crimea. According to the Republican Ministry of Health, from August 25, more than 80 people contacted the hospitals with complaints of cough, rash and nausea. Derkach said that part of the appeals is due to "panic". A medical examination was also undergoing all evacuated from the city.

The Crimean Titan will be completely stopped on September 9 and resume work only after modernization. How much time it will take and at whose expense the modernization will be carried out, Aksenenko did not specify.

In the Kherson region, they suspended the work of border points and closed several schools

Slobodyan said that if citizens of Ukraine living on the "occupied peninsula" will strive to escape from the "natural disaster" on the mainland, their passage through the checkpoint will be formalized "in a simplified manner".
