The floating crane crashed into one of the bridge supports in the Kerch Strait. The cause of the incident was a storm. Due to the strong wind, the floating product fell off the anchor.

The crane arrow damaged one of the masts of the bridge and bent several meters of the barrier fence. Traffic on one of the sections of the bridge is limited.

According to Interfax, it may take no more than eight hours to replace the mast and fence. However, repair work may begin after the abolition of a storm warning.
