“Fontanka”: 500 people were detained at a rally by Navalny supporters in St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, “already 400-500 people have been detained for protests by supporters of politician Alexei Navalny against pension reform,” Fontanka writes, citing law enforcement officials.

According to Mediazona, “people are being detained in columns” on Lenin Square. There are at least three paddy wagons at the scene, completely filled with detainees.
