- How do you evaluate the campaign in which you won?
- I passed 10 election campaigns - this was probably the most dirty and nervous. We all laid out one hundred percent. Saying “we”, I mean the Communist Party, a wide front of folk-patriotic leftist forces, myself and all the people who supported me. One in the field is not a warrior, without them nothing would have happened.
- What does it mean - the dirtiest?
- Unfortunately, there are a lot of examples. In the last week, outright persecution of me and my party comrades in pro -government media outlets began. An underground leaflet with slanderous information was released on me - now a criminal case was opened for slander, and we filed claims for the protection of honor and dignity against the republican television channel. Then another leaflet with a fake interview, which I did not give in my life, came out. Moreover, they forged our newspaper Pravda Khakassia, and they put Zyuganov’s article on the editorial-so many believed. All this was recognized as illegal agitation materials.
- That is, they were afraid of you? And some negotiations with you led you?
- Of course, they felt that the smell of fried. But, apparently, before the day of voting, they did not think that everything was so bad. Why is such a reaction of the population in the republic? You must understand that, under our sensitive leadership of the current government, a huge number of enterprises were closed both in cities and in the village. There is no work, there is no worthy salary, people are forced to leave for the shifts, they are deceived there, families do not see their fathers. In the republic, the delay [on salary] to state employees are huge in places.
- How to solve these problems?
- To begin with, probably, no budget funds should be stolen. It is necessary to engage in personnel policy on the basis of not from personal addictions, but from the professionalism of a person, his moral, moral qualities. Try to work for the benefit of people, and not for the benefit of pockets. We have a huge amount of the same coal incisions that harm the ecology, and the budget receives less from them than from the brewery. Under the elections, the authorities made that we registered one owner who paid 5 billion rubles of income tax. What prevented them from doing this in the previous nine years? Another example is the mine in the village of the top of the Tea: the governor personally promised not to close him for several years, and in the end he was closed.
- You often say that the region has huge debts.
- The Ministry of Finance recognized our budget policy extremely ineffective. In general, in my opinion, there is a rigid corruption component. Initially, in the structure of this republican public debt, a huge part was commercial debts, the interest of which amounted to billions of rubles - and all this was paid from the budget to a private pocket. Just an openly fraudulent scheme.
In general, our republic is very poor. That is, on the one hand, the poverty of the bulk of the population, and on the other, is a chic lifestyle of our officials and local oligarchs who have their own mining enterprises.
- How are you going to deal with this? You can become a governor in a very centralized country, and the region is subsidized.
- We presented the program based on regional powers. First - we plan to seek registration of coal sections in our territory, aluminum plant. The region has certain levers, these are primarily issues of ecology that our power did not dare to raise, following the oligarchy.
In Khakassia, the wild growth of oncological diseases. The state of ecology is evaluated as extremely low. And so far the government has not been concerned about conducting a comprehensive examination, inviting specialists, and to force compensation for damage to the nature and health of the population. Further - we advocate for the development of folk agricultural enterprises, like Pavel Grudinin. With the financial support of the republic, such could be built. Moreover, in our Khakassia, there was generally an industrial giant city of Montenegrin, the second industrial city in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Today he has turned into a suburb of Abakan. It is necessary to revive production.
- What are you waiting for from the second round?
- We must win, and with a more significant margin. As the first tour showed, the population managed to distinguish a lie from the truth. I think today nothing will save this power.
- How will you interact with Moscow if you get? How do you feel about the federal government?
- I will interact. I belong to the policy of the government and the president, of course, negatively. Reforms that are carried out are frankly anti -people and possess other people in the pocket. Other reforms were rushed, for example, a progressive income tax scale, state -monopoli on tobacco, alcohol, and nationalization of the mining industry.
- You are signed in VK for publics of the DPR and LPR. What do you think about these regions?
- To date, in my opinion, there are created zones in fact to launder funds from Ukraine, which is from Russia. The conflict is beneficial to both sides. If the republics were allowed to develop themselves, without wars and conflicts ... But they climb there on both sides - and realize their interests.
“You are a young nominee for an aging party.” What is your electorate? It is usually believed that pensioners vote for the Communist Party, and you are 31 years old.
“I want to say that I am the views of the communist, Marxist.” Of course, all the supporters of the Communist Party voted for me. Plus, I was a candidate from a wide Popular Front. So those who for other parties also voted for me. We saw an alternative in me.
- How did you become a communist yourself? You joined the party at the age of 20.
- This is true. I always had socialist views, left. After school, I came to the conclusion that I need to develop in social activities, like -minded people need, it is impossible for one to fight for improving society. I was read out by Lenin and Marx at school. We were no longer forced, I myself. And I was not alone. We came to the party with a friend, then several more friends pulled themselves up, and today there are quite a lot of young people in the Communist Party. The problem of average age - but now our generation is already approaching it.
- You read Lenin, but how do you like Stalin?
- Stalin - it was a great statesman. He took it with a soh, and left with a nuclear bomb. Of course, as a politician he made mistakes, and his personality must be evaluated in the complex. For me, he is not unambiguous. I understand that he made mistakes and did not always recognize mistakes. As, for example, this was done by Lenin. In this regard, he was not the perfect Marxist.
- Millions of repressed - do you call a mistake?
- Any mistake of the statesman is measured by millions of human lives. Take Nicholas II. He pulled the country into the war with a huge number of victims, while he did nothing for the country. He is worthy of the title of bloody tyrant. But they focus on Stalin. Yes, under Stalin there were mistakes and sacrifices, but there were also the fruits of work. And in this case, we have both huge human sacrifices and the state destroyed [by the rule of Nicholas II].
- Does Putin destroy the state with his rule?
- Today, unfortunately, yes.
