It seems that in the three -hundred -year history of Omsk a new date appeared - September 9th. Descendants can call her day of disobedience or day of free citizens, or somehow-it doesn’t matter: for the first time the authorities showed civil society (which is, in Omsk) her face is enemy and, as it seems to her, frightening, and the citizens were not able to understand her for the first time that they were not afraid of her.
The last 6-7 years since the resignation of the chief Omsk policeman General Kamersel, and after him the governor of Polezhaev, replaced by Liberal Nazarov, the police behaved delicately on local protests: he tried not to catch her eye, she was almost not even visible at thousands of rallies. About a year, while the new head of the region, Alexander Burkov, was temporarily acting, this tradition was preserved, on September 9, he got rid of the VIRO prefix, showing the “Amantuleevsky” result (82.5% with an appliance of more than 40%), and it became clear on the day of his election that no one in Omsk would now be especially ceremony.
There were never so many detentions (according to various sources - from 43 to 60), and again for the first time, local citizens faced the Fighters of the Russian Guard, who are popularly called “astronauts” (as an option, one can call this date - the day of astronautics: she has long been landed in Omsk - in the once famous aerospace association “FALL” has been going on. Contracting) ...
Already an hour before the start of the rally to the place of gathering its participants - the Ocean store on the Irtysh embankment - were adjusted, eyewitnesses, from a dozen auto -zaks, five police UAZs, three buses say. “And the cops were the Darkness - 500 people,” said the civil activist Roman Rudakov. “After the divorce, they dispersed.”
I was stopped by a pretty couple in the uniform of the sergeant and lieutenant half a kilometer to the Ocean.
- Where are you going so purposefully? - asked, young man.
- On the procession.
“It is illegal,” the girl warned
- But I am not a participant, I am a journalist.
We looked at the certificate, missed.
And the observer of the Omsk “new” Lika Kedrinskaya was not helped by the fact that she was a journalist. The head of the police department, Colonel Zakharov, personally detained her, three of the less rank of officers helped him. She went to the Ocean 40 minutes before the appointed hour. “We saw that a camera was hanging on me. They said: “Show the documents”, then “Come with us” and led to the UAZ. ”
About ten minutes before the start of the column from Avtosak, it came in a female voice: “Citizens, the action is not agreed with the executive authorities, participation in it is illegal. We warn that for disobedience you will face administrative or criminal liability ... special equipment may be applied to you ”(if you follow the strictly letter of the law, the action was agreed: refusing the declared route, the city hall did not offer another).
In the future, the police colonel and his colleagues repeated this mantra dozens, if not a hundred times. She did not make a strong impression on citizens - she caused only indignation: “This is the suppression of the will of the people!” “You forbid us to walk around our city!” “What is your pension!? - a woman of about sixty shouted to the colonel. - I have worked from the age of 16, I have 8 thousand, let Putin live on them! If only prices would not rise! " "Stalin is not on you!" - summed up the older one.
Many people of Navalnovsky generations - pre -retirees, basically, basically, basically, the average age and youth prevailed. The law enforcement officers and students took order on distant approaches to the Ocean or took it opposite it-they put them on a bus, conducted short-term conversations, recorded their data, after which they released it: “If we see you here, you will be detained in a seriously”, but not all these threats were acted: the young people were sung into the column.
Before the start of movement, a dozen two Rosgvardists poured on the embankment - it is likely to demonstrate the transition from words to deed. They took those who joined the police, or held the rolled slogans in their hands, or it is incomprehensible for what. The detainees were taken to the Scandration "Shame!". A large man with a cry of "Nazis!" The lawn sorted his feet. All this looked convincing, but the demonstration of the force of the proper effect did not take it: the column moved.
What was its number, I can’t judge: according to the city hall, 250 people, the media write: from 500 to 1000, but I think more. The famous Omsk journalist Sergei Pruudnikov and his wife went around the middle of the procession, and the region could not see either behind or front. It went along a good route - from the embankment it turned onto Valikhanov Street (Omsk Arbat) and further to the theater square (where “free communication of citizens) was supposed, mixing along the way with the apolitically walking citizens: some of them expressed his support with their hands raised.
To course, the Cosmonauts paragraph blocked his way twice. The protesters called them to "be with the people and end to serve the freaks." The correspondent of the NGS Omsk Alexander Zubov was detained, who led a live broadcast: the officer tore his certificate. They sent a young man with a tricolor tied on the neck to the car Zakak (as law enforcement officers explained, it is allowed to treat the Russian flag only “on solemn, public days” (the election of the governor probably does not apply to such)).
On Marx Avenue - across the road from theatrical - the guys in the helmets stood in three rows at the exit from the underpass, which was very risky - there were many Protestants, a crush arose. Two young people tried to deploy the poster “I want to live to retire”: two policemen squeezed by the crowd were serving correctly, pulling it out of their hands so that the “extremist” inscription did not see the light - even in the transition, where several people came to the rescue of the guys, for which they were detained at the exit of the Rosgvardeys.
Passing the cordons, your correspondent heard the order from somewhere below “Pass it!”, But when he successfully went out, the officer’s higher-granted literally (did not see the title) ordered me to detain me. The power of the Russian Guard felt on himself-it was useless to resist: it was possible only to two fragile women-middle-aged and a disabled pensioner-their Rosgvardyers were thrilled on the ground.
There, at the crossing, the coordinator of the Omsk headquarters of Navalny Olga Kartavtseva, his lawyer Anastasia Vasilieva and Tatyana Zaitseva, the organizer of the “shameful regiment” (he was conceived as a procession inside the procession - with portraits of deputies of the State Duma who voted for raising the retirement age) were detained. As her husband, Tatyana, police officers told me later in the police department, during the detention, they beat the kidneys and liver. Earlier, Activist Navalnovtsev Andrei Nekyachiy was detained, to whom Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to police officers ”).
It was fun on the bus - 15 people gathered there, including two minors (with whom they say, their parents are in solidarity). We sat in it for more than three hours, sharing impressions of the action, about the police, about politics. We came across law enforcement officers bypassing:
Sergei Litvinov, the future radio host (though now, is afraid, they can not take on the air), transferred to us from another autosak, said that there the sergeant told him directly: people like him need to be killed.
Two women - a pensioner and pre -retirement age, who were thirsty, the police politely promised a sip of water for all three hours, but could not find her.
In the department itself (OP No. 6) we spent more than an hour (although, according to the law, without a charge, you can’t keep people for more than three hours). They searched us in great detail, then they took the explanations from us - how we were on stocks, etc., but refused to explain what, in fact, we were detained, and the detention was not drawn up. Then they began to take fingerprints from the detainees: it seemed to me that it was too much, and I refused to give them, and law enforcement officers did not insist.
Olga Kartavtsev and Anastasia Vasilieva are still illegally held in the police department No. 9.
