Amur Region: Near the starting complex found voids

Under the starting complex of the Soyuz-2 launch vehicle on the eastern cosmodrome in the ground, voids were found in the ground. Roscosmos has already concluded a contract worth 4.6 million rubles to their liquidation, according to the public procurement website.

According to the contract, the contractor must eliminate voids under the reinforced concrete base of the special offset of the mobile tower of the construction of the 1st starting complex of the Soyuz-2 launch vehicle at the Vostochny cosmodrome.

The customer of the work indicates the Roscosmos division, engaged in the maintenance of cosmodrome - the Center for the Operation of Objects of ground space infrastructure. Contractor is the company "Adonis" from Blagoveshchensk.

The Eastern Cosmodrome in the Amur Region began to be built 6 years ago. Its cost is estimated at hundreds of billions of rubles, several billion were stolen . The first launch from the East was scheduled for April 27, 2016, but due to problems it took place only the next day. The second start - in November 2017 - was unsuccessful. In Roscosmos, the loss of 19 satellites was explained by the error of the algorithm of the Frigate acceleration block . The last launch passed on February 1 of this year.
