But this actually happens. The person in the frame is the Army General Viktor Zolotov, who for many years headed the Presidential Security Service, and in 2016 he was appointed director of the new militarized power structure of the state - the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation (Rosgvardi), which has the tasks of protecting public order, ensuring public security, territorial integrity and defense of the country.

The day before yesterday, the military personnel of this state organization have already made several chosen from unarmed citizens of Russia - in particular, adolescents, elderly people and even disabled people who have gone to protest rallies in different cities against raising the retirement age. Photos and videos of these too tough even in the current times of bends and detentions still fill the Internet and look quite juicy. And against this background, a cartel is laid out in the network - so in gallant times a duel note was called a call; In the XXI century, this, of course, occurs in a video format.

The impression is that Putin himself calls to the Duel of Navalny. That is, I would have called if I could put on a fake vegetable and pronounce the name of the enemy aloud.

The name of this challenge, the chief of General Zolotov, the president and the supreme commander of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, never pronounces. This old national tradition, which seems to be demonstrating that Navalny is noteworthy and the first person does not condescend to him, has long become an anecdote and gives it a pure superstition. Well, how is the taboo in the name of the terrible beast of the bear among the barbaric peoples of Europe (we still call the bear with a nickname, not in the name): after all, to name by name and means calling, calling. General Zolotov, it turns out, can afford it - unlike President Putin.

Zolotov something elusively similar to the president, whom he guarded for many years-either this resemblance was meant, inviting him to the bodyguards, or the faithful bodyguards eventually become similar to their object-and this involuntarily arises that this Putin himself calls to the Duel of Navalny. The businessman, of course, called the opponent to “you” and called for, but demanded apologies from him - in general, he proposed, albeit in a specific manner, to solve the issue in a civilized manner.

General Zolotov requires satispulation literally - he offers Navalny a physical duel on tatami or ring and threatens to make him a chopping one. All this is not in a burning, not in the passion - but almost three weeks after the publication of the FBK investigation of corruption in the Russian Guard. And 10 days after the Rosgvard itself gave an official commentary to reporters, sweeping the accusations of the FBK .

Someone nominated the version that the Torstkach, arranged by the Russian Guard on the streets of Russian cities on September 9,-the consequence of this insult that Zolotov at Navalny was offended and ordered his subordinates not to regret the people who had been calling the opposition blogger for rallies. According to this version, he waited for the rally day, showed how state guards, at the disposal of which - weapons, batons, innovative auto -zats and special vehicles for the delivery of barbed wire, are able to deal with an unarmed enemy, and after this demonstration reprisal sent a personal call to the duel.

Perhaps everything is completely wrong - and all these days after the publication of the investigation, the insulted Viktor Zolotov thought (in the video he justifies that he was on a business trip), whether to publicly respond to the naval and how to answer. It is hard to believe that a disciplined military man, the head of the power department, makes a similar decision on his own.

This, in fact, is the most interesting - who made it is an extravagant decision? Who was the first to say the word “duel” or, so be it, allowed Viktor Zolotov to pronounce it, since this story with the purchases of vegetables for the Russian Guard touched him personally?

Some guards PRA, however, advised General Zolotov to put a uniform for such a case and sit on the background of photo wallpaper with marching guards. Some company speaker wrote this text, where in the same way-all the enemies of the state, living and the dead at once: Berezovsky, Khodorkovsky, Maltsev, Poroshenko. Not the presidential press secretary Peskov, who so frankly approved this speech of Zolotov today -although he denies that he was “agreed with someone”.

The thing is that the video with a challenge did not appear on the personal page of General Zolotov-personal pages in the networks of this caliber, as a rule, does not exist. It was published on the official website and on all official channels of the state militarized organization of the Russian Guard today, September 11.
