Parents of the defendants in the case of a "network", fabricated in Penza and St. Petersburg, recorded their words and made a joint appeal of the accused from the pre -trial detention center. The day before it became known about the completion of the investigation against Dmitry Pchelintsev, Ilya Shakursky and Arman Sagynbaev. According to terrorist articles, the first two are threatened with life sentences, the third - up to 10 years. They do not admit guilt.

My name is Vasily Kuksov. I am 30 years old, I work as an engineer-designer. Married, together we are more than 10 years. In his free time, he participated in volunteer projects to help animal nurseries, went to tourist trips and sang in the Philharmonic. The court will give me from 5 to 10 years of strict regime, because the FSB investigator Valery Tokarev is ordered to believe that I am a terrorist. In order for me to agree with their prosecution, I was beaten. I am not a terrorist, so I do not agree with this accusation. For this, they will give me an even longer time. My name is Julius Boyarshinov. I am 27 years old, I work as an industrial climber and study in ITMO on a physicist. I have a close friend. In my free time, I helped with a fair for a free exchange of clothes for the poor, organized city subbotniks with separate collection of garbage and traveled. The court will give me from 5 to 10 years of strict regime, because the FSB investigator Gennady Belyaev was ordered to believe that I am a terrorist. In order for me to agree with their charge, I was beaten, and then placed in the so -called press Kata - a camera for 150 people, which contains rapists, killers and robbers. My name is Arman Sagynbaev. I am 26 years old. I am an entrepreneur - I had my own healthy diet in St. Petersburg. I had a girlfriend. In his free time, I was engaged in reading, traveling and treatment - I am sickly. The court will give me from 5 to 10 years of strict regime, because the FSB investigator Valery Tokarev is ordered to believe that I am a terrorist. My girlfriend was forced to become a refugee and leave the country the day before the detention - the FSB promised to let her go in a circle and cut off her hands, and then burn, so that I would be more accommodating. In order for me to agree with their prosecution, I was beaten, tortured with electric shock. In fear for my life, for the life and health of the girl, I was forced to confirm the version of the investigation and stipulate myself and others at interrogations. They continued to torture me, limiting access to vital drugs. When I found out that my girlfriend is safe, I decided to declare the torture applicable to me and abandon my own testimonies given due to torture. I am not a terrorist, so I do not agree with this accusation. For this, they will give me an even longer term. I will defend my honor and dignity in court, but I have no chance. With a high probability, I can say that due to the disease until the next meeting with the girl I will not live.

My name is Viktor Filinkov. I am 23 years old, I work as a programmer-developer. I am married. In my free time, I was engaged in robotics, teaching and travel. My name is Dmitry Pchelintsev. I am 26 years old. I served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, after which I began to work as an instructor in sports shooting. I am married. In my free time, I went in for sports, including related to my profession, music, traveled and participated in the environmental initiatives of my city. The court will give me from 15 to 20 years of strict regime, because the FSB investigator Valery Tokarev was ordered to believe that I organized a non -existent terrorist community "in order to rock the masses during the World Cup by explosion of the mausoleum."

In order for me to agree with their charge, I was beaten, hung upside down, tortured electric shock. I was forced to stipulate myself. Subsequently, the support of relatives and friends helped me recover. I announced the torture applied to me and refused to testimony. After that, the FSB officers, headed by investigator Valery Tokarev, came to me again and was again tortured with electric shock. FSB officers promised to rape my wife and kill me. I again agreed with the charges, declared at the request of the FSB officers that I gave the preceding statement of torture with the aim of avoiding criminal liability. Time passed, a public campaign for our detention reached its climax, and I repeatedly abandoned my first testimonies, did not plead guilty. I am not a terrorist, so I do not agree with this accusation. For this, they will give me an even longer term. I will defend my honor and dignity in court, but I have no chance.

My name is Ilya Shakursky. I am 22 years old. I am a 4th year student of the faculty of physical, mathematical and natural sciences of the Pedagogical Institute. Belinsky Penza State University. He studied at the military department and planned to become an officer of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. I have a girlfriend. In my free time, I played sports, music and participated in the environmental initiatives of the city. The court will give me from 15 to 20 years of strict regime, because the FSB investigator Valery Tokarev was ordered to believe that I organized a non -existent terrorist community "in order to rock the masses during the World Cup by explosion of the mausoleum." In order for me to agree with their charge, I was beaten, tortured with electric shock and provided by lawyer Mikhail Grigoryan, who incuted me guilty of what I did not commit, and made official statements that diverging my position without my permission. I was forced to stipulate myself in fear for my life and health. But the support of relatives and friends helped me find the strength.

I announced the torture applied to me and refused to testimony. In response, the FSB officers, together with the NTV channel officers, put pressure on my mother and mother Arman Sagynbaev. I am not a terrorist, so I do not agree with this accusation. For this, they will give me an even longer time. I will defend my honor and dignity in court, but I have no chance. I know this, but I am ready to stand to the end for my honor, freedom and love of my loved ones. Someone should.

They call us a "network". Accusing us of the fact that we had imprudence to adhere to political views, not always corresponding to the official line. Some of us were known by other participants in the process - therefore, they are allocated to the organizers. Not everyone knew some, so they were allocated to the participants. In participants in a terrorist community that does not have uniform views in politics and religion. We are called terrorists, but we denied and deny violence as a way of solving.

Unfortunately, life teaches us that the violence of authorities in relation to persons who do not have relations in these bodies is the only working scheme of human relations. That it is available to them to realize any absurdity into reality, such as: a group of persons who have families and beloved wives, work and education who served in the army, accuse of terrorism, call black - white, freedom - slavery, peace - war. Utopia will drown us. But we will not perish in the vain - and for 5-20 years in the Russian prison, deaths are akin to without a chance of further employment and normal return to society.

We will defend what we do not have, for the sake of achieving what cannot be achieved. We were tortured in peacetime according to the military norms for the fact that one of us called ourselves an anti-fascist, someone an eco-defender, and someone was simply familiar with us. We became victims of lack of responsibility in the echelons of power - our statements about torture were never investigated and will not be investigated until the president orders this.

But we are not Vasiliev, who stole millions from the Ministry of Defense, no one will release us. Because someone should sit in this country. And precisely not wandered officials, certainly not corrupt representatives of law enforcement agencies, are definitely not authors of anti -people's laws on raising the retirement age.

We will sit. And we will sit and fight to ensure that in Russia there are less torture. In order for a system of democratic counterweights to appear in Russia - both in power and in power structures. In order for our mothers and fathers to be put on a par with mothers of scum who captured Nord-Ost, who exploded at home in Moscow and Volgodonsk and captured school in Beslan.

We refuse data from previously indications due to the application of torture for their receipt. We do not admit guilt.
