Moscow: Participants in the Sunday demonstration Fedoseev and Kostylev arrested until November 9

Judge of the Khamovniki District Court of Moscow Andrei Lutov arrested 24-year-old Viktor Fedoseev and 36-year-old Vasily Kostylev, accused of attacking police officers during the Sunday campaign against pension reform, for a period of November 9. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces".

Fedoseev, a native of Khabarovsk, who has a temporary registration there, was detained at about 17 hours on September 9 on Bolshaya Dmitrovka and delivered to OP "Presnya". On the same day, the case was opened against him under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities), which provides for up to five years of the colony. He is charged with an attack on a police kurbanov.

On Monday night, after interrogation in the Office of the Investigative Committee of the Central Administrative District of Moscow, Fedoseev was detained already as a suspect - in accordance with Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In the morning it became known that he was charged.

It is claimed, Fedoseev hit Kurbanov with a fist "in the area of ​​the right ear." In the case there are protocols of his interrogation, as well as interrogations of witnesses to Bekbulatov and Popov.

The detainee did not express relations to the prosecution, but refused to testify, referring to Article 51 of the Constitution.

A senior investigator for particularly important cases of the management of the Investigative Committee for the Central District, captain of Justice, Yegor Burenin, appealed to the court. Earlier, he participated in the factory of swamp business and the work of activist Ildar Dadin. The prosecutor was represented by the official Voevodin. The detainee was defended by the lawyers of Open Russia Sergey Badamshin and Oleg Eliseev.

Badamshin at the hearing pointed out that during the detention, Fedoseev was greatly beaten by the police and partially lost his memory from blows on the head, forgetting his Moscow address.

The case against Kostylev, a resident of one of the villages of the Ramensky district of the Moscow Region, as well as in relation to Fedoseev, was excited on September 9 after the detention at the rally. On the night of September 10, he was detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. On the same day, he was charged with the same charge as Fedoseyev. Kostylev was charged with an attack on the police Pavlov and Kryazhov. He also refused to testify using the 51st article of the Constitution. The senior investigator of the department for the investigation of the particularly important cases of the Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the CAO Major, Andrei Kanaykin, petitioned the arrest of the Politzek. Kostylev defended the same Badamshin and Eliseev.

The accused was repeatedly involved in administrative cases - in particular, under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal requirements of the policeman) for participating in inconsistent protests. Kostylev, according to operational data, actively participated in such promotions.

Lawyers asked the judge of Lutov to send Kostylev under house arrest - the political prisoner has a child with hemophilia.
