Nationalist Alferov is justified in the case of the murder of a taxi driver

The judge of the Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow Maria Larkina acquitted the nationalist Dmitry Alferov in the case of the murder of taxi driver Samira Gasimova in 2011. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces".

The charge under part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (murder), Larkina pointed out, is based only on indirect evidence, the totality of which is insufficient. The judge explained to Alferov the right to rehabilitation.

The nationalist himself consistently denied guilt and stated that he had no information about the murder.

Thus, now Alferov will have to serve 6 years of general regime, appointed to him earlier under articles about weapons.

Alferov and his wife Elena were detained on November 2, 2015 among about a dozen nationalists. The next day the spouses were sent to a pre -trial detention center . The other detainees, claimed, were released under subscriptions about the lower right to leave. The further progress of the investigation and trials in their regard, as far as is known, was not reported.

Initially, only the illegal turnover of the weapon was charged with Alferov. It was argued that the couple maintained contact with the regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov" and planned some violent shares in Moscow and the Moscow Region.

Later, Alferov was also charged with articles about extremism. In addition, he was accused of killing Gasimov. It was claimed that the nationalist shot Gasimov in the head "because of an hostile attitude" when he was driving drunk in his car on the night of April 25, 2011.

The verdict in the case was issued on September 14, 2017 , the judge of the Zyuzinsky district court Leonid Chechko . Alferov was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime with a fine of 150 thousand rubles under Part 1 of Article 105, as well as in part 1 of Article 222 (illegal weapon turnover; two episodes), part 2 of the same article (the same actions in a group of persons by prior conspiracy) and part 1 of Article 223 of the Criminal Code (illegal production of weapons).

Meanwhile, episodes qualified under part 2 of article 280 (public calls for extremism via the Internet) and part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred or enmity), Chechko returned to the prosecutor's office. Their preliminary investigation has not yet been completed.

Elena Alferova was sentenced to 3 years in a general regime with a fine of 40 thousand rubles under part 2 of article 222 of the Code.

Both spouses rejected the accusation in full.

On May 14 of this year, the collegium of the Moscow City Court canceled the accusatory sentence to Alferov in terms of the episode of the murder and sent this episode for re -consideration by another judge of the Zyuzinsky district court. In terms of episodes of storage and manufacturing of weapons, the indictment was confirmed. The term was halved to the nationalist, and the strict regime was replaced by general; The fine was left unchanged.

The prosecution of Elena Alferova was fully confirmed; She was reduced for a month - up to 2 years 11 months of general regime. On June 29, the convicted person was transferred from the Moscow SIZO-6 Pechatniki in IK-7 in Zelenokumsk, Stavropol Territory. It is expected that in the near future it will be freed under the law on a preferential standings.
