Perm Nationalist Yushkov was sentenced to 2 years on charges of extremism

The judge of the Perm Chisud Oleg Akhmatov, on the basis of the jury verdict, sentenced the Perm civilian activist and publicist of the nationalist views of Roman Yushkov to two years with a conditionally test term in the case of extremism. It is reported by "Periscopalist."

In the debate of the parties on September 10, the prosecutor Maxim Shadrin requested for Yushkov three years conditionally with the extension of a two -year prohibition of teaching, which the defendant, assistant assistant university, was appointed sentencing in the previous case .

As the “Periscopal” noted, to support Yushkov as listeners at a meeting on September 10, some of the jury worked in his process. It can be assumed that these assessors voted for the justification of the nationalist for both accusations.

The lawyer of the convicted Roman Akhmetov did not rule out that the verdict would be appealed. He also called it very probable that the prosecutor’s office, which was not satisfied with Yushkov’s justification under article 354.1, will also give an appeal performance.

The current case of Yushkov is the third in a row. According to the previous ones, extremism was also charged with; In the first case, in 2015 he also received a suspended sentence, according to the second in 2017 he was fined.
