In Murmansk, volunteers of the headquarters of the opposition Alexei Navalny Dmitry Semenkov and Victoria Aristov were detained, reports OVD-Info with reference to the coordinator of the local headquarters Violetta Grudin.

Semenkova and Aristov were delivered at the police department N1 in the Oktyabrsky District. They drew up protocols under part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses ("Organization of a public event without submitting a notification") due to the action against the pension reform on September 9. Grudina said that lawyer Alexei Grigoryev, who was also detained, went to the detainees. The lawyer draws up a protocol under part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses ("Repeated violation of the rules of the event"). Alexey Grigoryev was the applicant of the action on September 9 in Murmansk.
