United Russia candidate for governor of Primorye Andrei Tarasenko wins the second round of elections after processing 99.03% of the protocols. He gains 49.02%, his opponent - candidate from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Andrei Ishchenko - 48.56%.
After processing 95% of the protocols, Ishchenko won by a large margin - 51.6% versus 45.8%. Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov has already congratulated Ishchenko on his victory in the elections.
The Communist Party of the Russian Federation announced massive registrations of Tarasenko in some polling stations and that some chairmen of precinct election commissions fled from the polling stations.
After the commission processed 99.10% of the protocols, that is, 0.07% more, the gap between the candidates immediately grew by a whole percentage. Now Ishchenko gains 48.06%, and Tarasenko - 49.55%.
