According to preliminary data, a communist with 50 percent of the vote is ahead of the acting governor who gained 47 percent. Neither the support of President Vladimir Putin helped Andrei Tarasenko, nor the fact that the second round was held just a week after the first, writes Kommersant . “The party and all the authorities received a clear signal that our actions are not approved,” Kommersant said in United Russia, explaining that they mean pension reform.

Ishchenko before the election was the head of the construction company, which was engaged in housing construction.

During the day, the communist was ahead of Tarasenko by 8%, and by evening the gap decreased to 3%: as a result of processing 98%, the result of Andrei Ishchenko was 50.46 votes at 47% of the acting governor. After that, the Communist Party announced falsifications when counting votes. The turnout amounted to 33% - 3% higher than in the first round.

In the remaining three regions - in the Khabarovsk Territory, Khakassia and the Vladimir region, where the winner was not identified on the first round on September 9, the second round will be held on the next Sunday, September 23.
