Ryazans who protesters against point development decided to fight an open letter to the governor

Residents of the village of Sklakock in Ryazan will prepare an open letter to Governor Nikolai Lyubimov demanding to deal with the situation around the point development in the microdistrict. They protest against the construction of an apartment building in the courtyard of three high -rise buildings. There were no other options to prevent construction on the site of two wooden houses, the participants of the initiative group about the results of work for three months at the meeting of residents on September 16 said.

Activist Victoria Yanina told the neighbors that the protesters had already contacted the prosecutor’s office and Rospotrebnadzor and sent appeals to Governor Nikolai Lyubimov. However, they receive all letters to all letters of the same type:

- Letters come from everywhere, as if copied at each other up to a comm. They write that this section is included in the program for the development of built -up territories, that the development is approved “at a high level”, but the developer has not yet applied for building permission. When he turns, he will already have to have all the conclusions from Rospotrebnadzor, fire supervision, and so on. And we understand that all these positive conclusions will be, despite the fact that there is simply nowhere to build a skyscraper here, ”Yenina suggested.

Activists said that the head of the capital construction department of the Ryazan City Hall Elena Budanova during the reception evaded answers to the direct questions of the residents of Slagovoy:

- We ask who even had to build a high -rise building between the houses, she replies: “This is a program for the development of built -up territories.” We say that this is a point development, it: "The development of the built -up territories cannot be point development." We ask about the places for parking lots - replies that the parking will be underground. We have all the houses collapse!

The participants in the meeting suggested that the open letter to the governor would not allow the appeal to the city level, as happened earlier. In addition, they decided to invite the residents of the representatives of the city hall, the prefecture, the organization-developer and the new deputy from United Russia Svetlana Vornakova to the next meeting.

- She went to the polls with a promise to delve into problems and help people and begin to improve our outskirts. So we ask in this place to break the square, ”the tenants decided.

Two private wooden houses on Razin Street in the village of Klagovo were demolished in July 2018. The site between the houses along the streets of Labor, Razin, Rytikov and Pugachev was immediately surrounded by a fence , construction equipment appeared on it. Residents called the police and requested information on what and on what basis they would build between their houses. The response of the city hall stated that the residents of the village of Klagakovi voted for the program for the development of the built -up territories in 2009.

Pillars were installed at the site of the construction fence, from which seven meters to the nearest house, to the roadway along Rytikova Street, meter.
