In the Primorsky Territory, protests began against falsification in the election of the governor. On Monday morning, it was announced that after calculating 99 percent percent of the vote, Andrei Tarasenko, a candidate from United Russia, became the winner of the second round. Andrei Ishchenko, a candidate from the Communist Party, and his supporters, are sure that the victory in them was stolen with stuffing and falsifications.

In the capital of Primorye, a rally of supporters of Andrei Ishchenko began. He himself announced an unlimited hunger strike. On the Square of the Power of the Soviets (Central Square of the city) by 18:00 local time (11 Moscow time) about 500 people and three riot police cars gathered.

Even during the second round on Sunday, observers recorded many violations. Video surveillance did not work, which were seized from remote settlements. At night, after processing more than 90 percent of the vote, Ishchenko won with a gap of 5 percent, but Tarasenko allegedly burst out at the final stage of counting the ballots forward. After the supporters of the Communists acutely reacted to this news, the regional election commander said that he would not announce official results today.

On Monday morning, Andrei Ishchenko announced an unlimited hunger strike, people with posters and flags began to gather near the doors of the building of the regional administration, after a while they parted to return at 18:00 for an unauthorized rally.

- Do you think that the victory was stolen from you?

- Yes, absolutely true!

-In your opinion, is it about the local impromptu or was it done with the approval of the Kremlin?

- Last night, Gennady Andreevich Zyuganov called Ella Pamfilova, said that we have transport and falsification here. She replied that she could not influence our prisoner that he got out of control, these were her words. In several regions, the second round of elections was planned, but only we were appointed in a week in us! This was specially done so that the opposition candidate did not manage to mobilize his voters.

-You can believe that they got out of the CEC control, but that they act regardless of the opinion of the presidential administration, is already more difficult to believe ...

-I think that competent experts work in the presidential administration, and give a team to falsify at least 30 thousand in the Primorsky Territory-this must be some kind of kamikadze. I myself was at night in the circuit, I watched the voting progress, and there were pressure on the chairman of the Kraiizburkom Tatyana Gladkikh guys from United Russia. They closed with her in the office, talked, she from there came out pale or red. Pressed on her. It was visible.

- What reaction to what happened in this case do you expect from Moscow?

- We are now preparing a complaint at the request of Pamfilova on my behalf, where we indicate all the falsifications. And not unfounded, we have the final copies of the protocols that were insolently rewritten. But they come out with a unique code, and it is impossible to fake them. They hoped that we would not put resistance and simply surrender the territory to them. Already reached, as I understand it, an unspoken agreement between Zyuganov and Pamfilova that she sends a commission for checking here. In particular, we are talking about Ussuriysk, where the results of about 80 very large polling stations were falsified. We hope that the authorities, in particular the Investigative Committee, will be connected.

- If you are sure that the SK and the CEC will respond adequately and take all the necessary actions, why then hunger strike and the mass rally that you convened supporters? Whose attention do you want to attract?

- Federal Center. In our second round, the turnout was 35 percent. About 260 thousand voted specifically for me. And if you add what was stolen, then about 290 thousand. I have no right to bring these residents of the Primorsky Territory, I believe that it is necessary to attract attention as much as possible, because these elections showed that the people in the Primorsky Territory began to think. Think like civil society. But tonight and morning showed that the electoral process and in general the statehood of Russia are now undermining. Because the bandits from the 90s, rich businessmen privatized the party in the Primorsky Territory and create what they want inside it.

- Why, nevertheless, so many people did not vote for the nominee of the party in power, not for the protege of the president?

- We had a protest vote, it was due to pension reform. I spoke hard against her. And the acting governor Tarasenko supported. And our legislative assembly in the first reading adopted this bill. In addition, communityism is important in our Primorye, that is, you must be from the territory. Before that, there was Governor Miklushevsky, who had not stayed for five years. He was given the order and removed, he left here. Andrei Vladimirovich Tarasenko is a competent person in his specialty, he is engaged in port economy. He was born in Vladivostok. But he was not accepted for his own. And I'm local. Well, and we also conducted a fairly bright election campaign - on social networks, on television, there were a large number of meetings with voters.

- What can stop your protest promotions, what exactly do you achieve?

- A clear response from the CEC of Russia. We believe that cities such as Ussuriysk, Artem, partially find, one territory in Vladivostok - all plots there should be recalculated. We have a difference with Tarasenko 2700 votes, if we file claims and violations in these areas will be eliminated, they recognize me as the governor.

- That is, you will starve until you are recognized as the governor, I understand correctly?

- You can say so.

According to Andrei Ishchenko, when 95.7% of the vote was already processed, he was the leader in a scenario of 51.3% for him and 46% for Tarasenko. And then, in the morning, two graphs began to suddenly intersect, and as a result the alignment changed dramatically, voices, which were physically not physically, were introduced into the protocols.

"Formal lawlessness is happening in Ussuriysk. The power capture of TIKs, from yesterday evening, the police blocked the counting of votes there. People who should not be there were invited to the administration, the members of the election of the election of the administration were blocked: people could not go out, not to get inside. About the scandal in the elections in Ussursk, where six precinct commissions brought the "converted" protocols and, bypassing the tick, they loaded them into the STRASS STO, in social networks they wrote actively on Sunday. It was reported, in particular, that the head of Ussuriysk Evgeny Korzh contributed to falsifications. At the same time, the members of the TIC, so that they do not interfere, was locked in the room.

The deputy of the Primorsky Legislative Assembly Artem Samsonov wrote on his Facebook page: “Now there are no protocols from these sections of the G. Ussuriysk in the system of the GAS EPERATION. But after a couple of three hours they will appear there, and everyone will be able to evaluate the arrogance of falsifications,” he attached a photo of the protocols of the election commissions to his recording.

People working in elections for 20 years say that they have never seen "such impudent and undisguised theft of elections", the journalist of the VL.ru website Valery Fedorenko is sure:

- Until the very last percent of the processed ballots, one candidate was the leader, but won the other! Now Tarasenko’s headquarters is trying to throw information about the bribery of voters to the headquarters of Ishchenko, but all this is unfounded - we do not see a single confirmation. On the other hand, there are a lot of evidence that just the headquarters of Tarasenko bought up voices - many people personally told me how they saw the “transport” voters with their own eyes: organized groups that voted at the direction. Even if Ishchenko had money for bribery (and I know quite reliably that he had ended the money for the elections for a long time), then Tarasenko has much more money. I do not want to compare two candidates among themselves, in this case it does not matter. It is important that the one that people voted is won, and people voted for Ishchenko.

Putin's authority in Primorye is incredibly high - this is what the election results are evidenced, as political analyst Natalya Kolomeytseva believes:

- I emphasize right away: the Primorye did not turn red. This is a misconception, which some political strategists will probably begin to “pump” now in order to attract additional funds to their work to the region. Although for me, such results definitely say, on the contrary, that Putin’s authority is incredibly high, since Tarasenko supported all the introductory people. Of course, it was a protest vote, but only partially. In the first round, it was only a protest, aimed at attracting Putin's attention to the problems of the region. In the second round, Ishchenko’s personal rating, born of Tarasenko, who managed to earn it in just a week between the first and second round, joined the protest voting. A performance on the State Council to the President of the country, the inability to convey to the voter even positive initiatives, including the federal government, from a doctor of sciences, which his PR managers positioned, no one could expect, of course, too. The stupid PR managers of the acting governor, who had raised a turnout among people who never go to the polls, added oils to the fire. For what? One God knows. My spouse is a very experienced political scientist, always tells politicians: "You better not know what the voters think about you. You will not worry about it!" Woe-Pirians achieved their own, these people came-and now the result, received even more disappointment, the wave of which is only rising, because the situation, unfortunately, has not been resolved. Technologically, this, of course, is the complete failure of Tarasenko and his team.

The acting governor of Primorye Andrei Tishchenko has a zero charisma and a false biography, said the deputy of the City Duma of Vladivostok Yuri Kuchin :

- Tarasenko is an extremely weak candidate. He does not know how to convincingly communicate with people. He abandoned the debate with rivals. Personal charisma is just zero. Over the year of work in the status of Acting, he was not remembered by the Primorye residents of any strong act. He has a fake biography. He is a fake submarine commander and fake candidate of science. His only "dignity" is the support of Moscow and Putin. I think that if there were no Moscow support, then in the election Andrei Tarasenko would honestly gain 1%. In addition, pension robbery, invented by the federal center, very angry people.

Voted for any candidate, if only not for the protege of Moscow

This is not "pension reform", but the most banal robbery. There are 90% of Russian residents against pension robbery. But the EP party and candidate Andrei Tarasenko supported him. Of course, many residents of Primorye voted against a candidate from EP Tarasenko for this reason. It should be noted that the main opposition candidate, Andrei Ishchenko, led a weak campaign due to a lack of funds and for other reasons. In many areas of the region, Andrei Ishchenko did not hear anything at all. Nevertheless, there was such a strong protest mood in people that they voted for any candidate, if only not for the protege of Moscow from the EP party. Sensation in the September 9 elections is completely due to protest voting. Yesterday I recorded the bribery of voters - I shot on the video and contacted the police. I will seek investigation. What happened tonight is complete arbitrariness, I believe that we all need to defend the future of the region now, having left the square near the administration, is unacceptable to be silent.

- I went to the square, because it was here in real time that history is being done. After the presidential election, the illusion arose in power that with voices you can do anything at all. You can not bother with elegant stuffing, but simply add a dozen percent of your candidate. This game turned out to be so dirty that it would attract attention to absolutely everyone and at the same time open their eyes to many. I want to enjoy my suffrage. I want my candidates to be allowed to the election. And I think that today we have a chance to be heard and give rise to changes.

An hour after the start of the rally, the Siberia.m. Reali correspondent became known that Andrei Ishchenko suspended the hunger strike at the request of Gennady Zyuganov, who was meeting with President Putin tomorrow.
