To begin with, Andrei Tarasenko (Acting Governor of Primorye), like other technocrats of the last governor's draft, has no idea about real politics and real elections. Everything seemed simple: Vladimir Putin appointed the governor (with a small bailiff of the acting), dawned on his rating and trust, and specially trained people from the presidential administration were concerned so that there were no real competitors. In other, not too prosperous regions, like the Novosibirsk region, the Communists were cleaned and did not allow them to go to the polls. And in Primorye they never gained too much, well, let there be a young candidate from the Communist Party, let him portray competition.

The law on the municipal filter is arranged in such a way that it is actually written in it: “Only candidates from the authorities have the right to run for governors, and those whom they themselves will pick up to competitors.” In the Novosibirsk region and in a number of other regions, United Russia helped its “competitors” overcome the municipal filter.

And here it seems to be okay - the Varangian and the technocrat part -time Andrei Tarasenko scored 46.6%in the first round, and his opponent from the Communist Party is almost half as much - 24.6%. Up to 50% Tarasenko did not have any 3.5%, and it seemed obvious that in the second round he would easily gain them. Well, it doesn’t happen that the voices of all other competitors will only get the communist!

So it was in the Irkutsk region in 2015, it was in the Altai Territory, when Evdokimov was elected, it was in many cities and regions of Russia in those years when there was a choice in the elections.

It even happened that the current governor in the second round was gaining less than in the first. Because the leaders of the election commission were already afraid to falsify, not knowing who would be power tomorrow.

There was a visual falsification in the eyes of the whole country. Further, a simple question: whether the federal government will try to close this stench cloak with its authority.

And we warned - the system will be discharged. The reason for this is the growing unprofessionalism in all areas of management. And the complete absence of people in the management system who would not think about their own skin, not about the interests of their clan, but about how best the system is. More precisely, there is such a person. But he is only one. And everyone just thinks about how to make excuses before him.

Did the coastal drawers think about how this will hit the legitimacy of the political system of Russia? Did they think about such concepts as “honesty”. "Law", "responsibility"?
